Dear all,

Sent an email to the correct address asking that my membership not be renewed.

Changed my credit card details this week.

Today, I get a call from my Bank ('Fraud' section would you believe?)that $77 has been debited from my account.

I reside in the UK, so my card is protected by Visa, and if nothing changes in the near future, they can attempt to claw the money back.

But I strongly advise you check your accounts, call your providers.

even after putting in all 7's on the lotusflower update request, i have been charged $77 this morning. I even sent an email to support@lotusflow3r to cancel I will be in touch with my bank to stop this charge, i'm not too happy at the moment to say the least.

they tried it with me but my bank refused it. Thank god. This is a joke

I emailed last June to insist that I did not want to be charged for a second year and I'm still waiting for a reply.

Me too. I've emailed support@lotusflow3r.com but don't expect to get a reply. Anyone else know how to get in touch with them?

I must admit I am surprised by the auto-renewal actually happening when the site has been left to effectively fizzle out. I'm pretty sure I opted to not auto-renew when I first signed up. I just prefer not to have that happen but instead manually renew for a new subscription. I'm going to check my Credit Card account all the same.

I'm really not a rose-tinted spectacles kind of guy but the fact that it has auto-renewed might mean there is something else on the way? (at the moment though I just cannot see that happening)

I have been charged as well.

I also wrote to the email address specified. I've now sent others with no reply.

I just changed my CC infos (without sending any email since they don't seem to read 'em) and haven't been charged (yet).

And the site is gone indeed except for the blue ball and then a black screen.

Sent a request to "sales" not to charge; as of today, I have NOT been charged. In Michigan, btw.

I changed my cc info on June 26th and later used an expiring pre-paid card i got from Newegg and they still went back and used my original card info. I'm doing what I can at the bank level.

Nothing on any of my cards. I think they all expired or were replaced between last and this.

I got charged.
