The most disturbing aspect of this to me is that the site currently is not operational. Aside from the fact that you can't access any of the content that was never worth $77 to begin with, there is no way to log into your account to stop automatic payments from happening for years to come. Without a real customer service hotline or helpline or proactive email responses, the fear is that we will all have to cancel our credit/debit cards or endure an annual nightmare.

I have done it before with a fraudulent visa transaction. The Visa company do it also if it is actual straight theft which this is. I canceled my account 8 months ago, they have no legal right to remove any money from a private account. No better than credit card cloning or identity theft. If you didn't cancel (or try to) then you don't really have a case I fear. Although the website is no longer functional, so thats a different matter.
