After every concert tour, Prince has done similar things like this to his fanbase.
We will get over it, and as said by Gavin, if they (ie PRINCE) would have given us good quality photos (heck, even concert recordings, and not 10 minute teasers like on 3121), just like every other major star (or is Prince still the free the slave symbol person), all things would have been normal.

Treat your close fans, as your closest friends, and don't turn your back on them, like Prince does.

We are the ones that have supported him over the years, going to multiple shows, uying all his records, no matter how poor (!!) they are.

Give us the F U N K ... and you will get $$

His first post said he wasnt there to monitor things ("the thought police"), I think someone asked if he was a fan, and he said no. He wasnt nearly as "up for a debate" as he said he was, or very forthcoming with the answers.
Some people got a bit overzealous in expressing their frustration, but I saw at least 2 or 3 threads that gsh alone had cleaned up, Most people just liked the way HQ kept us upto date, and once web sheriff said he wanted to join us expected the same from him.

We are huge Prince fans and as many times said in the forum we always keep loving his work. but this controlfreak Prince is something i do not love.
Somehow i understand he want to control certain things, though he is going too far imo.
Funny.. is he expecting us to be the slave now?

Once again, just as with the ticket sales for London, i blame Prince.
I am very dissapointed that this is happening and hope Aaron and the rest keep the faith in continuing with HQ.
It feels like the resistance (we can always go underground)

I believe that Prince is entitled to try to exert control over pictures of himself, video of himself at work, and the music he makes.

The point I was making, albeit bluntly is that you cannot sat that Prince has the right to control all photos of himself and then complain that there's no paparazzi shots in the papers. The two points are a direct contradiction.
