Top 5 Online Sports Games for Lazy Days

Sports are the best invention of the human. It helps us to improve not only physical health but also social skills. Actually, we all love sports, but maybe just maybe someday you feel too lazy to get out of the house for a football match, then what should you do? Don’t worry! You still can express your love for sports in a different way. Turn on your laptop and start playing any sports games you like. So let’s check the best list of sports games...line games to save them for lazy days.
1. Goal Keeper Challenge

In this game, you are in a goalkeeper. You and your team are playing in a large stadium covering with audience’s applause. Your mission is to stop the other team from scoring. It’s very simple. You just need to move the mouse up or down, right or left. With the vivid design and lively sound, you will feel like you are in a real match. It’s time for you to practice then become a next Petr Čech.

You are on the way to become a professional goalkeeper.

2. Brat Baseball

The second position belongs to Brat Baseball. Instead of joining in the real game like the former, this time you and your friend will play baseball at a parking lot. Your friend throws the ball and you need to hit it to score. The key to win this game is the right time. You have to choose the right moment to swing the baseball bat. Then, if you can adjust the direction of the ball you will get a bonus.

Brat baseball gives you real experience.

3. Olympic Basketball

Have you ever dreamt of being basketball player? But you are not tall enough to reach the basket. Don’t give up; you still can play for ANB. Olympic Basketball will give you this chance. You will play at different places in each level. You must throw the ball in the basket more than two times to pass one level. This game is one of the best sports games ever - free to play sport games and you must try it.

Through matches in Olympic basketball you can be professional layer.

4. Ultimate Boxing

You might think that this sport is remarkably violent and you follow pacifism. But if you are over 13, there is nothing to be scared to try this game. There is no blood, no bruise you only hit the opponent till his energy bar runs out. And if you don’t know how to play, don’t worry, there is an accurate instruction for you before the game. If you see in a positive way, maybe you can learn some lessons of self-defense from this game.

Ultimate Boxing is not violent at all.

5. Tennisstar

You want to practice some before registration for Rafael Nadal’s tennis academy but it’s raining outside. Tennisstar is here to help you. Rules are the same as in real life. You have to move and use the tennis racket by keyboard. The speed of the computer is really fast, so you need to respond fast and accurately.

Let’s practice before the real match.

With the long list above, I believe that you can enjoy your lazy days with the spirit of sports lover. And if you find it quite bored to play alone, you can check other awesome multiplayer sport...line games.

I'm trying not to. I'm always trying not to.

So about 4-5yrs ago, I had Christmas fever. I had 2 trees, I had outside lights, Christmas was in every room of the house like when I was young. I was buying quality Christmas albums, going on ornament hunts. Man it was horribly wonderful. And I was looking for ways to draw it out. I did the 7 Fishes / 7 Kings celebration and I also make New Years more prominent. I had parties and gathers for the whole month. After I finally let it go(it seemed a lot of people were having a hard time letting it go that year. I was watching to see when other people in the neighborhood took down their trees and they just weren't lol. But when it was finally over, I told myself I need a fix until then. So I do the Patriotic months big, but I thought why not hook it up for the Harvest-Thanksgiving season. I bought some cool glass pumpkins and straw/wood/metal pumpkins and some cool decorations themed for Thanksgiving, and it is helping me keep Christmas at Bay.

But 2 week ago I did see a Christmas album by Eric Clapton and bought it.
And last weekend I saw a dark blue glass Christmas tree, I needed to go with a royal blue one I had.

So it is trickling in slowly lol

I like Eric Clapton. When I took guitar class almost 20 years ago, I played "Tears in Heaven" for midterm.

I can't wait for Christmas. Watching bad movies, nothing but crap on the radio, having to spend time with my bitch of a sister. It's the most wonderful time of the year Lol.

The funny thing is, even though I complain about it a lot, I do genuinely love Christmas. I don't have any particular traditions. I seem to do something different every year. Which I suppose is a tradition in itself. I won't be cooking this year though. My fiancé is taking care of that. Which is just as well. Last year I almost burned down the house. There's still scorch marks on the ceiling.

99.9% of everything I say is strictly for my own entertainment

Yes - because I work in a company for which Christmas sales are make or break. It is CRAZY here from November 1 to December 21 (when the final orders go out), so I am always thrilled when Christmas gets here and things quiet down.

Plus, I love, love, LOVE classic Christmas movies. Going to try to see It's A Wonderful Life and White Christmas on the big screen this year - and watch googobs more on TCM.

We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.

That sound cool. I should look for classics playing on the big screen. I'm going to see the Nutcracker.

There are a lot of decorations that I wouldn't/couldn't do myself, but I love the way they look, especially when it's someone else's Christmas fantasy

I have these framed during Christmas

Image may contain: drawing

“Santa Claus as Christmas Tree” by Saul Steinberg, 1949 or later, offset printing, black-and-white lineshot, 7 x 5 inches (17.8 x 12.7 mm), published by The Museum of Modern Art, collection of Tom Bloom. Image retrieved from artdaily.com.

This Christmas card by American illustator Saul Steinberg was first published in a book in 1951 (see The Story of the Christmas Card by George Buday, London: Oldhams, p. 43), but the design itself was likely created three years earlier, in color, when Saul Steinberg was commissioned to draw a ten-foot Christmas tree for the front hall of the Museum of Modern Art. From a press release sent by the MoMA on December 15, 1948:

Museum Exhibits Christmas Tree Drawn By Saul Steinberg―A ten-foot Christmas tree drawn and colored by Saul Steinberg, well-known cartoonist, is on view for the holiday season in the front hall of the Museum of Modern Art, 11 West 53 Street. Since the Museum did not want a conventional Christmas tree, Mr. Steinberg was commissioned to draw his idea of one. The tree turned out to have a Santa CLaus head and feet, with birds and candles on his beard and a bell hanging from his cap. The branches of the tree are covered with toys and 60 varieties of Steinberg birds which he selected as his favorite from over 1,000 preliminary sketches. (PDF)

The design was most likely used the following year to create the much smaller drawing for a Christmas card sold by the museum. However, it was hardly the first collaboration between Steinberg and the MoMA. The celebrated illustrator had started designing Christmas cards for the museum as early as 1945. Joel Smith explains in Saul Steinberg: Illuminations:

When Steinberg began designing Christmas cards for The Museum of Modern Art in 1945, his inaugural effort featured Santa Claus riding a reindeer bareback amid a flurry of snowflakey abstractions. His line casually united contemporary high style and the popular cartoon ―a formula ideally suited to the wares of an institution trying to sell the American public on modernism― and he stuck with it in the cards he designed for MoMA and for Brentano’s Books through 1952. The formula had not been his invention, however. In 1944 while he was off at war, his friend Alexander Calder got the ball rolling with line illustrations for the nursery rhyme collection Three Young Rats, a collaboration with then MoMA curator James Johnson Sweeney.[…]

To this already engaging formula, Steinberg added a line as virtuosic as Calder’s was “primitive” and a mind bursting with unspent cartoon ideas. In cards for MoMA, his Santa went on to figure-skate, play the violin, surmount a monument, shake hands with his own double, and become one with the Yule tree. Invariably, shod in wingtips, Steinberg’s Santa is your warm, eccentric, infinitely wealthy uncle ― a figure of infantile (meaning perfect) fantasy. The museum cards attracted attention, allowing Steinberg to cross over in 1952 from MoMA’s relatively small buyership to a huge one at Hallmark. (Joel Smith, New Haven and London: Yale University Press, 2006,

I've read that Christmas isn't as big a deal in the USA as it is in UK ... is that the case?

We weren't a well off family growing but my Mum somehow always found the money to make sure we had a great Christmas (though it was probably still frugal compared to other) ... and I use to love it!

Now I'm adult and much better off, its not the same. The treats we only had at Xmas we have all year so it doesn't feel as special. And as an adult the stuff you have to do, like naff office parties, pretending to get on with relatives you hardly ever see, etc make Xmas a bit of a chore. As a kid all you had to do was eat, open presents and play with toys.

Sounds cheesy, but I guess its a case of having less but being richer for it ... that wasn't the case 90% of the time, but at Xmas it was.

I don't know about that. I think it's pretty big in the US.

.

people still have whole blocks of street homes decorated and lit. People go on drives through neighborhoods to look at the lights decorations. Lots of events centered around the holidays.

.

I hear you. I learned you have to really dedicate yourself to holding onto that 'magic' the innocence of the holidays. I see so many people get overrun by the overbloated expressions that numb people.

.

It's hard, but I try to stay away from foods that I enjoy for certain holidays and seasons whether it is the Memorial Day or the 4th of July / Summertime, Thanksgiving foods or Christmas

Even when it comes to office parties (looks like we are going to be forced to go to a new Bureau Christmas Party this year) I seek out people who are happy and enjoy the season.

.

My parents really spoiled us for Christmas growing up. The whole house smelled like Christmas.

.
I think sometimes the more people have to spend the more they overdo it, overbloated, extremely planned Christmas events.

.

Classic Christmas cartoons STILL lol, especially Charlie Browns(my brothers and I always call each other to remind each other when a cartoon is on tv) Christmas, cheesy Christmas movies, small gatherings for the month.. instead of putting everything on that 25th day. Sometimes I do a Cmas eve party
