yep and I think one more holiday in the patriotic/summer months . But I've never witnessed people 'nearly killing each other during store sales' during Christmas lol . A lady I used to work with was into collecting Beanie Babies way back and she had the funniest stories of the viciousness of the ladies when a new BB came out or there was a sale. . But the waiting in line from Nov 24th/Thankgiving night into the next day for the stores to open and people getting aggressive I've only attached to Black Friday. | |

I used to play percussion instruments. Not general drums, but other percussion pieces and sing drawing was the stronger passion though

The classics. And becsuse I have been listening to music since I was a kid, I think of a songs lyrics and apply it toward a situation. My favorite genre is R&B. When I was a kid I would change the music station to 98.7 Kiss FM. I always had good taste in Music! The station is not on the radio anymore. |

Christmas is my absolute favorite time of the year. One of the reasons is people are generally much nicer to each other around this time, compared to summer months when people generally act like complete, self-absorbed assholes. I am. . For the last 20 years or so I've had a tradition for Xmas which is not to spend it with family, and have a horror movie marathon on xmas eve, until dawn. Usually 5 or 6 movies in a row, with the last one being allowed not to be horror. All with pizza and red wine. It's really important to me. I also usually take a 2 weeks holiday (more or less) around xmas, it's my mid-season break (my life is organized by seasons, like any good TV show). . Unfortunately this year I work on xmas day because this isn't a christian country, so like last year I'll have to do it the weekend before. Jesus was an Aries. He was not born in December. I read that info from an astrologer who is also an Aries. So many of us should not be celebrating christmas in December then! That is why people should not believe everything they read. |
