The origin of my appreciation for curves comes from my Mommy.

She was always thick but I always had the sexiest mom of my class mushy she'd walk in the room and all the dads would be all horny cool

<--------obese bitch right here. Don't worry about me dying soon, its MY life and MY fucking body. Don't like the way I look? Don't look! Kiss the black crack of my yellow fat ass! And all you men talking shit about what's a turn on? Well, I can bitch about what I don't like to see either... but I don't why? Because looks are not that important really, so if me being fat and sloppy is all you can complain about then that's fine by me frankly I don't give a darn what others think of my looks. And besides having a man that not only overlooked my obesity but actually likes the way I look, I too think I am beautiful physically, every lump and curve. I know I am attractive, fat or fit. I am happy, and that's all that should matter.

Seriously, why should anyone care what people think about them? Its like grade school BS. Too fat, too skinny, too black, too white, too plain, too ugly, or concieted. Why do we care?

lol

BTW..

Johnart your mom is gorgeous!

Hey simmer down, who pissed in your cheerios, ..

I was just giving an opinion.. i thought thats what forums were for..

Now i accept your points, but there is not disguising the fact that "obese", not "heavy" people are a problem in society, for many reasons. i'll give a few..

1.- Obese people tend to have kids that balloon to the size of beach balls by kindergarten-WHY?, because the have no restraint on their own eating so they have no control over what their kids eat. Ultimately kids developing health problems early

2- heart problems galore.. hence the demand for heart transplants and general NHS time

3-Premature death

4-increased risks of developing cancers, which i personally believe to be hereditary(do you find it fair that obese people pass their cancer genes on?)

Personally i think obese people should be taxed independently

Listen, i am no saint. And i know this is no black and white issue, but its just how i feel on the matter ok, ...whhhat, you think your shit dont stink?

Right.

I think what you really mean to say is that poor people drain the economy. Now it all makes sense. It's cheaper to buy shitty food, in fact in most low income areas you may not even find a grocer that sells fresh fruits or vegetables. You're missing a lot of variables. Pay rent or spend that amount at a Whole Foods spot? It doesn't give anyone a pass, but you are being REALLY obtuse.

So I guess along the lines of your thinking maybe smokers should be taxed independently? Or how about the elderly? Their medical needs become expensive too. Perhaps we should just euthanize them all, huh?

My shit pretty much stinks, just like everyone else's does. But I don't blame economical strain on one group of people.

With all due respect, i think you jumped the gun on my comments. Sure fat people drain the economy, as well as thin and all other shapes and sizes. But my original comment about the taxpayer was valid in my opinion. By fat i mean reeealy fat. Now do you honestly hand on heart believe that as a society, we should let huge fat people eat til their at risk heart is content? Without saying anything about it???? Look back, you pounced on me because i agreed with a poster's view that, as a society we should have every right to comment on extremely fat people. Do you think turning a blind eye to it is acceptable?

the bodies definately aren't great

but sometimes they'll model clothes on a thin faced fat girl, which doesn't really count seeing as it's a thin face

i'm only a little chubby and i want to diet, i'd never wanna be big like that

Then we certainly shouldn't let thin people smoke or drink. In fact, NO ONE should be allowed to eat junk food, drive over the speed limit, cook on a charcoal grill, eat red meat or McDonalds...have sex without a condom...etc., etc.

In fact, The World Health Report lists the health risks of tobacco and alcohol cunsumption above obesity.

I'm saying!!! hammer My goodness, disbelief I have asthma and smokers 2nd hand smoke affect my health and pockets directly since I have to suck on inhalers immediately after smelling a whiff of smoke outdoors! If I don't want to smell smoke, I just move. I don't give people speeches about their habits.

You will NEVER hear me criticize a smoker, drinker, casual dater, etc. . That shit is just downright rude. And people really are ignorant asses when they post dumb comments similar to, "Oh, I'll NEVER let myself get fat like that... I don't like that... those poeple run health risks that effect the economy"

Listen .... I was always thin until I got sick and my meds made me fat. Never say never!

I was thin, now I'm huge.. but I am happy that the medication was available for me to get better.

Its all simple bigotry.. a bunch of bigots. That's right bigots! Because its not taboo to speak ill of obese people and treat them like blemishes in society.

People should carefully re-read what is posted, what THEY wrote and replace the words fat/obese with other adjectives like "Black" and they will see the hatred in their comments.

Its juvenile. I seriously think people who are afraid of getting or being fat for whatever reason need to stop projecting their fears in society, its silly.

Free choice, folks can do whatever they want. But if a smoker's in my personal space, or a fat person tries to squeeze into the seat next to me on a subway/bus, I'll let them know the shit ain't happening.

Don't worry, I don't take any posts on here personally smile ...going by how often people misread, make assumptions, misquote you, if I did I'd have taken a jump out the window long ago! I take your point about leaving people be to live how they want to, that's cool. But, if you have friends or relatives that you simply wanted to have around a bit longer instead of popping their clogs early...and my post was aimed at this genuine reason, rather than a shallow dig at looks and vanity...would it not be ok to say "Hey, I say this 'cos I love you, I think you need to make a change"...??

I'd like all of my loved ones to be around a bit longer instead of dying early, yes.

But honestly, I'm really not the type that suggests life changes to people as a habit. I very much believe in "live and let live" - even when I strongly disagree with the way others live. Anyway, where would that kind of inquiry begin and end? Asking all the smokers in my life to quit, all the fatties to lose weight, all the drinkers to go dry, all the compulsive exercisers to take it easy so they don't have a heart attack?

I understand what you're saying, but my answer is no, I wouldn't say that to a loved one - unless I was observing them engaging in truly reckless and risky behavior. If a friend or family member suddenly started eating 15 boxes of doughnuts a day or something, I might inquire as to whether everything was okay. lol

I take your point, it can be annoying to be too preachy to people. I've always been of the opinion that as long as you're not harming anyone else (physically or mentally) you should be free to live as you see fit without having the busy-body brigade butting in....its tough sometimes with loved one though I guess neutral

Doughnuts? ...well, I'm more of a savoury man myself. If you'd have said Doritos with a savoury dip, you'd have got me there...that's my real weakness! biggrin

Oh, and don't take it personally, but sorry to disappoint you on the off-topic, I bet I'm fitter than you p*ssing contest... ...but I play rugby semi-professionally and I've run the London Marathon 3 out of the last 5 years (for the British Heart Foundation)....I don't profess to be a fitness guru by any stretch of the imagination, but I'm sure I could at least give you a run for your money, no pun intended! biggrin

None taken. I find that a lot of people will say "hey, go take a walk!" And I'll be like, "I hike a mountain a few times a week, care to join?" And they're like...um....

So I see your point. I felt clumped into a category, as we solid chicks usually are. But I'm far fitter than the average slim person, so I take it quite seriously. I'm eye to eye with you now. I'm seeing where you are coming from.

That's cool....I really didn't mean any offence at my comments, and I guess it could have read that I was assuming all larger women are unfit (and I certainly know that's not the case, my missus being a perfect example of a fit larger woman).

That's awesome that you go mountain hiking regularly! Where abouts are you from? I'm in the south east UK, we don't have any mountains to trek unfortunately, but there are some great hill walks if you know where to look.

Honey, reach down there and grab that damn dick. That bastard will either close those damn legs real quick or he'll open them even wider for you to get a better feel. If he objects, just tell him you thought he was giving you an open invitation since he spread his legs so far apart. Either way, you'll get a cheap thrill out of it. evillol
