Yep, same here. I hover between 120 - 125 and am just naturally thin. But there was a time about 10 yrs ago that I got up to 145 and I looked like crap because the body type I inherited is the apple shape, where all the weight I gain is in the damn middle, in my stomach. I just get ROUND, not all cute and pear shaped like those lovely ladies. So I don't get a cute ass and thick thighs at all.

isn't if funny how on every tv channel there advertisments for food then on the next it's talking about loosing weight and shows all these skinny girls

If being over weight is going to shorten your life because of increased colesterol, increased risk of heart attack, etc...screw worrying about whether you're still likely to get laid, get your ass down the gym!

I think Dave T is just saying that if a female (and it goes for males too) is overweight, the way you look shouldn't supercede health risk. That being said, you can be fit AND not be rail thin. I will say nevertheless its up to that person to be comfortable where they are and loving themselves no matter what lifestyle choices they make

Looking at where those chicks carry their weight (which really only is about an extra 20-30lbs) they are not risking their health. Visceral fat is what causes real problems. And chunkiness does not always equal increased cholesterol, heart disease, etc. It's just plain ignorant to think it does.

But of course, not knowing their lifestyle habits, we don't know what kind of risk they are in - just like we don't know looking at someone who is not overweight.

And as for the comment about getting laid, I look around and see plenty of fat chicks in relationships, so in no way does being fat prohibit women from getting laid.

Had to look this up; its good to know. It is more about diet and what you eat, though I would imagine weight gain goes hand in hand? I would say these ladies aren't risking their health either and are still cute to boot.
