I wonder if Lil Kim will make a retaliation song?
- E-mail - orgNote - Report post to moderator |
More than likely... you know how Queen B rolls
Its foolishness if you ask me.. I dont even know why Kim would entertain it...

i love it. it takes me back to the girl rapper dis wars of the late 80s/early 90s. JJ FAD (Ya Goin' Down, We Want It All, Anotha' Ho), Roxanne Shante (Skeezer, Wack It, Big Mama, Have A Nice Day), MC Lyte (Shut The Eff Up, Roxanne Shante Is Only Good For Steady Fuckin'), Antoinette (Fox That Rox The Box) and so many more. it's entertaining.
unfortunately, Queen Bee can't write for shit these days and is no match for Nicki in that department. i am a little surprised Nicki went there by not only writing a whole song about her but making a video for it as well. Kim should just be happy someone's talking about her. "That's when stars collide. When there's space for what u want, and ur heart is open wide."

That might be true but Lil Kim in her prime >>>>>>>>> Nikki any day of the week
Nikkie is just a barbie image with little kid rhymes..and lets not even bring Lauryn Hill into this....

Go Nicki!! She Don't Speak..But She Remembers

Did she mention Lauryn, too? Cuz yea she can't fuck with Lauryn. Well...PRIME Lauryn, cuz who knows if she can still write.

Lauryn is a Rasta she the shit for life! ... and no she didnt bring her up I did to be messy But knowing Nikki she probably has called out alot more female MCs than lil kim because if you really think about it Nikki started the beef because I believe she called Kim out in a mix tape BEFORE she got big. And thats how the whole thing got started...

should be: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stupid_Hoe
"Stupid Hoe" is an autobiographical song by Trinidadian-American hip hop artist Nicki Minaj. It was released on December 20, 2011 as the second promotional single from her sophomore album, Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded. It was produced by Diamond Kuts, credited as T. Dunham. The music video for "Stupid Hoe" was directed by Hype Williams.
*moi apologies for the fast paced misprint error.
however why does it seem like minaj is acting out a stoopid hoe in a puppet's role? i wouldn't want to imagine that next she'll be putting on daffy duck lips and spouting out another pattern of useless pratterings. The same thing that goes on with Nicki is the same thing that goes on with some people in the industry. Some people wanna claim composition not because they're that gifted but because they want some money. All of Nicki's songs were written for her.

well now i'm way less impressed by her. and i'm having flashbacks to the moment when i was reading the Ill Na Na liner notes and it said:
"all songs written by I. Marchand**
**except 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13 written by S. Carter.

Well Nicki's name is on the credits for each track at least. But then again so is Beyonce's "That's when stars collide. When there's space for what u want, and ur heart is open wide."

Apparently she has credits on this tune too:

Think Nicki's songs ws a response to this one:

Her song has more lyrical flow than Nicki's, which is quite embarrassing for the younger Nicki. I did like it even though I know she could do better lol

Well unlike the rest of you, I feel that this song & video is, surely, a triumphant representation of the many decades of struggle, blood, pain, and tears that Black Americans, especially those of the female species have gone though. Nicki Minaj proves herself to be sensitive to the many trials and tribulations felt by all of her predecessors in this song as she pays tribute to them all in such a tasteful fashion. I appreciate the positive image/representation of black women she is putting out there in this ever seeming global world where anyone can see and access almost anything to their heart's content, no matter where in the world they might be. After seeing such culturally and intellectual material such as this is still astounds me when people such as Rhianna gets called a 'Niggabitch' in that Dutch magazine or when that Portugese man insulted her.
It just baffles me to no end.
