The other day you brought up if they went to trial the Cascio's would get ripped to pieces. Are you sure about that?

1. Cascio's

2. Jackson Brothers and Nephews

Evidence would prove the Jackson brothers and Nephews wanted something from Mike....and would also prove the Cascio's wanted nothing from MJ but friendship and love.

Mike actually got sleep at there house

Correct VJ - Ne-yo was working on songs with MJ in the composition. He would send the tracks to Mike and Mike would flick Ne-Yo notes or call him to discuss what needed improving or what other melodies to use. No tracks were ever recorded with Ne-Yo.

The most damning piece of evidence in the whole thing is that copyright filing from June 28th 2009.

The Cascio's would want to register what they had in order to protect it. They did exactly that. They registered what they had - LYRICS.

Not once has any of us disputed that lyrically, the songs are consistent with Michael's songwriting. And I don't have any problem believing that he WROTE these songs. He just ain't singing 'em.

APNewsBreak: Jackson syringes still not tested

Associated Press - December 8, 2010 10:49 PM PST
Story photo: APNewsBreak: Jackson syringes still not testedFILE - In this Monday, Feb. 8, 2010 file photo, Michael Jackson's physician, Conrad Murray arrives for his arraignment at the Airport Branch Courthouse in Los Angeles. (AP Photo/Damian Dovarganes, File)Associated Press

LOS ANGELES - Attorneys for the doctor charged in Michael Jackson's death asked a judge on Wednesday to order testing on two syringes and an IV bag found in the pop singer's home that they say are rapidly deteriorating.

The request comes after more than a month of private meetings between defense attorneys, prosecutors and the judge to try to reach an agreement about the testing.

Dr. Conrad Murray's defense team has expressed urgency, saying fluids in the items are deteriorating rapidly and have become "salt" in one of the syringes.

The tests they are seeking may determine the quantities of drugs in the items, which the cardiologist's lawyers say could be crucial information during trial. It is also expected to destroy the substances and not enough remains for multiple attempts, according to transcripts of the meetings obtained by The Associated Press.

Attorney J. Michael Flanagan told the AP that he submitted a motion Wednesday asking a judge to order the testing after being unable to reach an agreement with prosecutors about the testing. No hearing date has been set, he said.

Murray has pleaded not guilty to involuntary manslaughter in Jackson's death in June 2009 at age 50. Authorities say he gave the singer a lethal dose of sedatives, including the anesthetic propofol and painkiller lidocaine.

"We are running out of time," Flanagan said.

An e-mail message left for district attorney's spokeswoman Sandi Gibbons was not immediately returned Wednesday.

Prosecutors have refused to agree to a testing plan. "We don't think it is relevant," prosecutor David Walgren said during a Dec. 16 meeting, according to a transcript.

Court transcripts obtained by the AP show that Murray's defense attorneys, prosecutors and Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Michael Pastor have spoken in chambers three times about the syringes and testing.

Transcripts from the meetings show Murray's defense team is willing to have the items tested by the Los Angeles coroner's office. The fluids have degraded and it remained unknown whether the proposed testing will yield useful information, according to the transcripts.

Murray's attorneys contend testing, which would establish the quantities of the drugs, should have been done along with other tests after the singer's death.

Flanagan said he had been trying to get the testing done for more than five months to no avail.

The results of the tests are not expected to be used during Murray's preliminary hearing, which is scheduled to begin Jan. 4. At that hearing, Pastor will determine whether there is enough evidence for Murray to stand trial on an involuntary manslaughter charge.

Walgren said during a meeting with the judge last week the hearing may be delayed a few days because of scheduling problems with witnesses. The prosecutor said he could call as many as 35 witnesses during the hearing, which is expected to last two to three weeks, according to a transcript of the in-chambers meeting.

The judge said he wanted the hearing to begin on time due to his busy trial schedule.

In a separate case, Murray retained his license to practice medicine in Nevada after reaching an agreement Friday with the state medical board in which he admitted making inaccurate and incomplete statements to the board about being current on child support.

Murray received a reprimand and agreed to pay at least $3,700 in investigation costs, Deputy Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners chief Edward Cousineau said Wednesday.

More 'new' Michael Jackson music planned says producer

Page last updated at 11:56 GMT, Thursday, 9 December 2010

Michael JacksonMichael Jackson died in June 2009 after suffering a cardiac arrest

More previously unheard material from Michael Jackson is to be released, one of his producers has confirmed.

Teddy Riley, who completed three tracks on Jackson's forthcoming album Michael, said: "I look forward to doing the next one and I'm glad I'm on board."

Michael, out on 13 December, contains ten tracks, the first 'new' material since the star's death in 2009.

The build-up has been marred by arguments over the authenticity of Jackson's vocals.

'Bad character'

Riley, a founding member of group Blackstreet, used vocals recorded by Jackson to finish a handful of tracks including Hollywood Tonight, Monster and Breaking News.

"We will not do anything with bad character and it will be him," he said of his future involvement with Jackson material.

"It's not about the money it's about making sure everything is right."

The producer, who worked on Jackson's 1991 album Dangerous, also defended claims from Jackson's nephews saying that the vocals sounded "fake" on the new material by saying, "no one could ever duplicate Michael".

Teddy RileyTeddy Riley [left] produced three tracks on 'new' Jackson album Michael

"He had different textures of voices," he said. "These particular vocals were how he felt when he worked with the Casios [keyboards].

"Different styles and different places of Michael. Truthfully, I love my songs.

"It's what he [Jackson] would have expected us to do. If he was here he would have pushed us even more. It's an incredible record.

"The family reap the benefits from this."

The album features guest appearances from other artists including Akon, 50 Cent, Lenny Kravitz and Foo Fighters' Dave Grohl.

Black Eyed Peas' will.i.am, who also worked on material with Jackson which doesn't appear on Michael, has criticised the release calling it "disrespectful".

However, Akon who guests on single Hold My Hand, has defended the release saying it is "keeping his legacy alive".

After hearing the stream, the best songs on this are:

1.) Hollywood Tonight (though that talking bridge can be a little annoying, like Tarryl was trying to match Michael's talks in "Dangerous" lol)

2.) (I Like) The Way You Love Me (This song has a pseudo modern doo-wop feel, I always felt it was when I originally heard it.)

3.) Best of Joy (y'all may call it bubblegum pop if you want but I loved it, it definitely reminded me of his J5 period and that's not a bad feeling either)

4.) (I Can't Make It) Another Day (for obvious reasons already, this track is the knock)

5.) Behind the Mask (I have to agree this is probably THE track on the album. And nice for Shanice to add in her vocals at the end. I never heard a sax solo in Michael's songs since "Girlfriend")

6.) Much Too Soon (I already loved it)

"Hold My Hand" is tolerable but Acorn makes it hard for me to appreciate it fully. lol The production of "Keep Your Head Up" is better and thank God they removed that sampled "Earth Song" ad-lib though they could've also removed "woo! woo! woo!" The song sound like Michael and another man was singing in a photoshopped duet.

"Monster" is obviously the worst song on the album even if Michael was on it lol and I was already tired of "Breaking News".

6.5/10 is what I give the album.

Yeah. lol I don´t listen to that song at all. I can´t stand Akon´s voice.

I'd suffer a dozen fake MJ songs for every "Behind the Mask". That song is ferocious and classic Michael Jackson. A sax solo? In 2010? Fucking brilliant.

Also, I am feeling the Lenny Kravitz song as well.

That's my favorite on the album so far, also.

So true.

You know, if Sony was wise, they would not release any more tracks from the Casicio (however u spell their name) brothers. They would stick to the other tracks that were either complete or almost complete. Anyway, the stuff that they did is not that great. I'll take a full version of "Carousel" over that crap.

7 songs are OBVIOUSLY Michael.

3 are not. And, no surprise, those three songs come from the same source.

The digitally added vibrato is present on the three fake songs. It's not present in any others, nor any other MJ song ever released in his entire career.

There's no documentation or evidence pertaining to the three fake songs or their origins. There is for all 7 others.

The inconsistent pronunciation compared to every other MJ song ever released and airy vocal tone are present on the three fake songs, and not on the 7 real songs.

The 7 real songs have been registered with ASCAP for years with Michael as a songwriter. The three fake songs were not registered until 2 days after Michael died, and even then, they weren't registered individually, but all in one registration under the title "MJ Songbook".

There are master tapes, multi-tracks, adlibs, written lyric sheets, and alternate versions (in some cases) for the 7 real songs. There are NONE of these for the 3 fake songs - the Cascio's sent the Estate already-processed vocal tracks and claimed that was all they had because the computer they were recorded on "broke" and the hard drive "was destroyed".

Should I keep going?

Questions for you?

1. Where is there evidence of the Cascio's ever lying on MJ

2. Who did MJ call three days before his death? Members of his own family or the Cascio's?

3. Have the Cascio's ever rolled by MJ's crib wanting to say hello, only to have armed security guards saying... ummm nope nope...Well this happen to several of MJ's family members. Why? Because he's closer to the Cascio's then his own family. Michael during his later years only dealt with his family once every BLUE MOON... Outside of his mother

Majority of Michael''s own family said they last spoke with him at there parents reunion in May 2009

So i choose to believe the family MJ prefered to spend quality time with during his later years.

Did MJ go to Tito or Jackie's basement and record? NOPE....Tito does have a studio, i hope you know that... But the kind of pop wasn't there...I wonder why

I thought MJ and 3t were close? How come he wasn't at Tito's studio in 2007?

[Edited 12/8/10 20:24pm]

Babybemine, you're making too much sense for these guys. Don't you know it's all a conspiracyyyyyyyyyy against the Jacksons?

Anyway, I now realize that you are correct in most things you say. I've been agreeing with you for a long time, now. Don't expect them to see that, though because, in their eyes, it's all a conspiracyyyyyyyyy against the Jacksons by the meanie, meanie, meanie Cascios.

The most damning piece of evidence in the whole thing is that copyright filing from June 28th 2009.

Militant: Joe, Rowe and Randy filled to be executors of the estate on the morning of June 27th. Aren't they so lovely and this and that, according to you? So if the Jacksons who, in your perspective are all so full of love and decency, made this move so early why are the Cascios wrong for doing the same???

And yes; the Cascios were, in a way, Michael's real family as much as that may destroy some of your illusions.
