The oldest, Michael Jr., has vitiligo, like his father; it's hereditary.. but b/c he's pale, it's only really obvious in pictures if he's got a tan. the media showed plenty of pics of the kids when they were taken to Hawaii for the 1-yr mark in June (to get away from the media frenzy and they still got access ), but none of the articles mentioned the white vitiligo patches on his arms and hands showing against his tanned skin. Why? 'Cause then they'd have to acknowledge they were wrong/lied about MJ not being their father.

It is not common, but people with black heritage can have blue eyes (Paris-Michael); like Vanessa Williams (and though she's "light-skinned," she's darker than Paris).

The youngest - who looks like like a long-haired, pale version MJ when he was a child - and whose birth mother, according to LaToya, is Latina (she did a tv interview, I think w/Barbara Walters, where she said she told MJ that she thought MJ II/Blanket looked Latino and MJ said he was).

** as for "Blanket's" mom being black, sounds like you're thinking of the Bashir mockumentary.. Clips are on YouTube (I dont have time to find them right now), but I believe it was in the first nite it aired on tv ~ Bashir was questioning his being the kids' bio father and MJ told him that he had a relationship w/MJ II's mom but that she didn't want to deal with the media and all that goes along with being with a celeb, so she signed a contract to never reveal who she is and to give him custody. The next part that aired the following nite (which actually took place weeks later), Bashir had pissed him off, so when asked yet again about being their father, MJ changed the story and told Bashir that she was black and they had never met; she was a surrogate impregnanted with his sperm and that she doesn't even know she gave birth to Michael Jackson's child. He said all he cared about was that the woman was intelligent and didn't have any health problems, like poor vision or some severe illness or something serious that was hereditary. I remember catching the story change when it aired to me, the first nite he sounded like he was telling the truth, the 2nd nite when he was upset... not so much..

As for people who "pass" [for white] --- I don't know if you're in the US, but, there's an old law that was meant to segregate and keep the slavery and post-slavery population oppressed, and to keep them from having the benefits of being white: the "one drop" rule.

If you had "one drop" of black blood in you, you were considered black. Some states had a fractioning system (also used for white-Native American mixes).. If you were 1/16th black and 15/16ths white, you were still "too black"

~ a few states drilled it down even more; being only 1/32nd black and 31/32nds white, you still had to say you were a black person (but if you had a child with a white person, the child was "white enough" to be white).

Yet again I can't help but think this is exactly what Michael would never have wanted

in a million years and would have expected better. Michael did everything he could

to keep them out of the public's eyes and now Oprah is bringing her two-faced ass

to interview them. Oy vey!

This is the same Oprah who hosted a show a few days after the stupid baby dangling

thing, with an audience pannel, more or less blasting Michael as a parent and as a person.

This is the same Oprah who had Lisa Marie on and they both kinda went back and forth

bashing Michael.

Oprah makes me sick, but IF the kids are on this show, Michael's beloved

- I know that Mrs. Jackson has sat those children down- because they are old enough- and told them about all of this insane mockery that they have been "hidden" from. I think that she will allow them to let the world know that they aspire to be strong and well adjusted children despite the craziness that has surrounded them.
