Yeah I see the difference, thats what I was trying to explain. I've never seen Ciara live so I dont know if shes a great performer on stage, but her dancing in filmclips is much more entertaining then Mya's.

I guess, but even I have to admit that Janet and Mya together can dance circles around Ciara. I didn't even realize she was still making music until hearing the radio recently.

This is one of the numerous examples where if the student says he/she can outdo the teacher it becomes controversial regardless of whether or not they're right. We all know damn well Michael Jackson outdanced James Brown but it just wasn't something he could ever personally say even though he likely knew deep down inside, "Hey I'm better than this guy." Mr. Brown broke ground that made Michael Jackson possible and for that reason a certain respect and admiration was shown. Same thing in this instance. Ciara's hesitant because Janet is her idol. But when you look beyond that border can a 44-year-old Jackson really go toe-to-toe with a 24-year-old women?

B**ch was barely alive when Control came out. Both of them can certaintly throw down I know that much. Prime Paula, J.Lo, and Britney were great to me too. I never understood the appeal of Mya, maybe a clip or two can sway my opinion but she was decent. And Beyonce, Aaliyah, and Madonna are all overrated.
