But then, once the comicality starts to wear down, I feel kinda sad. Like, wow, that's Whitney. My favorite female vocalist.

I really don't understand booing at a concert, either. Sounds like people are ready to go in there hating it. I mean, it's possible these people are older can't (or won't, in fear of spoilers...over that "great" set list) read all the info on the web about the tour. Also, I'm sure there were more than 200 people at this show. A lot of haters out there.

And sadly, the album, after liking it for maybe a day only because it was something new, is a shadow of "Just Whitney"....which speaks volumes, doesn't it!?

I think she should look for some type of acting role.Maybe on a sitcom? I guess she could still record new albums,every three years or so,but touring is out of the question.

Nip Nip needs to see whoever the doctors were that treated Shirley Bassey and Celine Dion when they were told that they would never be able to sing again unless they re-learned and re-built their instrument. They were treated non-surgically and went on to long fruitful careers after that. But Whitney- somebody has to step in because she can't go on like this. This is just bad. It's bad for her physically, it's bad for her mentally, and lawd knows it's going to be pretty bad for her financially wants dropping tickets sales rip a hole in her pockets.

Trying telling that to her boss Clive Davis. He was the one that wanted Whitney back on the music scene even when SHE KNEW that the industry was better off without her.

I've told this story before:

Back in the 80s when I worked in the Mall, a "warning" of sorts would go thru the mall when Whitney and her entourage (gang ) came shopping. They were loud, ignorant, and acted like they've never been anywhere before.

One time, Whitney and a couple of her girlfriends were riding in the glass elevator, and she just started singing at the top of her lungs. People were gathered watching, then she just started laughing.

In our store, we'd all try to get out of helping her when she came in because she was so damn rude to the salespeople. We'd volunteer to steam clothes in the back, clean out fitting rooms, check in boxes... anything to avoid having to wait on her.

Oh yes... she's been a hot mess for years!

Probably smokin' Newports or Kools and eatin' Lemonheads throughout the whole thing
