i think so, too, though i'm afraid for the kids. they are the cash cows, and like their father, they will be expected to keep a lot of people in the lifestyles to which they've grown accustomed.

did you know that part of katherine's household expenses include maintaining jermaine's kids and ex-wife at havenhurst? it was ordered when the woman took him to court to get child support last year. according to katherine, she only has a pitiful soc security check to rely upon, so where was the rest of her money coming from? mj. so mj was taking care of his brother's children and wife, and continues to do so unto death. if katherine doesn't use her share of the estate wisely, save it so she can will some of that largesse to some of the brothers (mainly) who were shut out of the will, you can expect prince, paris and blanket will be 'guilted' into maintaining not only their aging uncles' lifestyles, but those of their cousins, too. i hope that doesn't happen but i think it will.

Jermaine and Joe seem like the types to have MJ's body preserved and stuffed. And then they'll go out with the brothers on tour with him propped up in the middle of the stage.

http://www.youtube.com/wa...Rbel_uMEBw

And somebody go get MJ's hard drive of songs from LaToya before she erases some of MJ's parts and puts her own vocals on to make a "duets" CD.

It really wasn't hard to notice she's the first Jackson to prepare her own musical tribute...don't give her any more ideas lol

LMFAO @ her erasing vocals .. yess , lets not give her any ideas .. I can hear her now .. *in my best LaToya voice* "ummm what people dont know is, I had a huge role in helping with creating a lot of my brothers songs, and as a treat to my 'fans', im going to allow you to download some of the songs me and my brother worked on". Watch her upload a song like "Hot Street" & wipe MJ's second verse out .. LMAO

Remembering Michael
by Clive Davis

Grammy-winning producer Clive Davis would throw a party every year before the Grammys at the Beverly Hilton — and every year, Michael Jackson would be unable to come.

He would call and say, "I think I can come. I want to come this year; I know it's such a great night." He would call me and ask, "Who's coming this year?" And I'd tell him, you know, that I was going to bring on the O'Jays, because they were part of my earlier career. And he'd say, "Oh, you gotta make them sing 'Love Train,' " or "You gotta make them sing 'Back Stabbers'!" His enthusiasm for music was so palpable, and his familiarity with the music. Whether I was bringing on the younger generation or Johnny Mathis, he would say things like, "Oh God, what he did with 'Chances Are' " or "The Twelfth of Never."

Those moments are very special to me. He never failed to immerse himself in the beauty and power of music. We'd speak for an hour, two hours.

We were both convinced we'd have such a great night, but then, of course, it never did occur.

I got this from MJJC. Geraldo interview:
Geraldo: But first continuing our probe of the circumstances surrounding the death of the King of Pop who despite whatever you’ve heard elsewhere is scheduled to be buried at the end of the month in Forest Lawn Cemetery in a private ceremony attended only by family and close friends. So so forget about that whole idea about Neverland that’s not happening.

Our focus though remains on the criminal probe of Michaels house doctor Conrad Murray shown here and others and on the massive wrongful death action the estate may be filling against people the family feels responsible for cutting off Michael on the last weeks and months of his life and in that regard as millions of dollars continue to poor into the Jackson estate (Ahh lose that picture who is that I’m tired of looking at that guy alright) One character who continue to pop up in our investigation is a mystery advisor named doctor Tome Tome. Here’s Craig’s report.

Craig: Was it your opinion that Michael Jackson was ever physically able to conduct those concerts in London?

Alaco: No, we never felt he would be able to make more than a couple of shows in London if any of he shows in London. Uh, which is why are deal was so tailored for Michael

Geraldo Commentary : Alaco is a New Jersey based concert promoter who spent the last ten months trying to book Michael Jackson for a one night gig. His negotiations with Jackson insiders gave him a ring side seat to the Pop Stars physical, mental, and financial state leading up to the ill fated London concert series and ultimately Michael’s death.

Is there a VILLIAN in this real life melodrama? Alaco thinks so.

Craig: In your dealings you were exposed to different people around Michael including his then financial advisor Dr. Tohme Tohme. Tell me about his relationship with Michael. Did he know that Michael was having a problems getting prepared for any concert.

Alaco: Ah yes. Everyone around the inner circle of Michael knew that there were difficulties; there were missed rehearsals; there were uhm uhm there was erratic behavior on the part of Michael in terms of his dedication to the project.

Geraldo Commentary : Your sources knew months before he died that Jackson’s concert preparations where deeply flawed.

Geraldo Interview Insert:
Geraldo: So so I watched these businessmen I watched them advance this money to Michael throwing the money into the black hole that was his uh his life in disarray. Uh and never believing that he would ever really make ah consummate the comeback and clearly that’s a uh that’s a reality .

Geraldo Commentary: According to Alaco as he attempted to push own project he became aware the Jackson’s inner circle mainly Dr. Tohme Tohme was well aware of Jackson’s addiction to drugs and his deteriorating health.

Alaco: Dr. Tohme ah intimated to me and told me yes that there were there was an understood problem with drugs. Dr. Tohme told us flat out that there would be that he, that he didn’t feel Michael would make one date in London.

Geraldo Commentary: Tohme is the mysterious financial advisor who convinced Jackson to make Neverland the next Graceland in a bold venture he arranged Colony Capital a private equity firm run buy Los Angalos billionaire Tom Barrack to invest 22 million dollars to save Neverland from foreclosure. Then, people got Greedy.

Alaco: I’ve over heard Michael Jackson telling Leonard Rowe that he only committed to TEN shows ah ten shows in London.

Geraldo Commentary: Alaco feels Michael was pushed into the London concert series by businessmen trying to EXPLOIT (he choked up hear) Jackson’s well publicized money troubles.

Alaco: Dr. Tohme’s was charged with one ah one thing and that’s to bring money into Colony Capital. To recover that debt that they had on Neverland and Dr. Tohme used AEG as one of the tools to do that and that was uh they and at one point told me that it was a 500 million dollar three year project. That’s a tremendous amount of money at stack and uh I think money corrupts and I think you see the the end result of greed.

Geraldo Commentary: You you I agree with what the guy saying but you’ve cleaned up his interview didn’t he also say that Tohme Tohme said that he was going to screw Michael Jackson in ah very vivid ah description,

Craig: And the entire Jackson clan. Just about a month before Michael died ah Tohme was let go by by Jackson and was very bitter about that and ah you know Alaco was animating when Tohme completely loss it and said that he was going to bring death and destruction (I don’t know if it was literally) on to the Jackson family.

Geraldo Commentary: I want to ask Michael best biographer Randy Taraborrelli a uh what he knows about
Tome Tome. Is he a bad guy? What do you know.

Taraborrelli: Yea know for the thirty some years Geraldo I’ve been writing about Michael Jackson and I have had a lot of characters like Dr. Tohme come into the picture. I’m not ever convinced he is a doctor to be honest with you. Uhm you know that a lot of people have tried to help Michael Jackson and in the course of it they kind of get caught up in the millions of dollars that could be made and the next thing you know you have the question there agenda. You don’t really know if they are really working for Michael Jackson or for themselves. This has been a problem in Michael’s life for many years it’s one of the reason’s why John Branca his main attorney who signed with Michael in 1980 and who really build Michael’s estate. It’s one of the reasons why John Branca left in the 1990’s was because Michael was constantly attracting this elements of people into his circle.

Geraldo Commentary: Some shady characters indeed. Uhm joining me know is uh is one of the people who really above her approach in my opinion in Michael’s life Raymone Bain, his long time publicists. Ah Ya Know before I get on to our other guest. Raymone you have told me any very explicit terms how you felt Michael was isolated and insulated from family and friends rather that was Michael’s choice or the people manipulating Michael one thing that’s at odds right now is whether or not Michael Jackson’s will in which he gave the trustee’s control of the estate rather than his mother Katherine was signed when he really understood what was going on and he did he really want that will which he signed in 2002 to be his last will and testament.

Bain: Well I know this and uhm truthfully speaking uhm after the second settlement agreement with Debbie Rowe in early 200. I asked Mr. Jackson if he had a will. And I would not have been responsible as general manager had I not, because this was a major legal uhm effort having uhm taking several months. He told me there was a will in place.

Geraldo Commentary: That’s in 2007

Bain: This is early 2007. I asked him. Later in 2007 as we were finalizing the Sony/ATV loan agreement I asked him.

Geraldo Commentary: How much was that? I’m sorry.

Bain: 360 million dollars.

Geraldo Commentary: Yikes! Uh Huh

Bain: I asked him was there a will in place. Well he was a little bit more disturbed with me for asking the question a second time. He was so adamant on the fact that there was a will that I realized not only was he aware of a will but he was very comfortable with the decisions he made regarding it and uhm. That’s all I can say.

Geraldo Commentary: So Katherine’s challenging the will you believe is challenging Michael’s intent,

Bain: Well I do know based on my conversations with Michael Jackson twice in 2007 he indicated that he had a will and obviously he was comfortable because I asked him did he have one and did he need his attorneys to draft one and he made it clear to me there was a will in place’

Geraldo Commentary: Also joining us former Jackson attorney Mark Geragos who was reportedly contacted to represent Dr. Conrad Murray in his upcoming criminal defense. Is that true Mark? Welcome.

Geragos: I don’t know the the stories that get out there. I said I think what I originally said was that I’ve been contacted by doctor’s who’ve has search warrants indicated and I will not reveal who or what so I think I’ll leave it at that. There Geraldo.

Geraldo Commentary: So your not going to say whether or not Conrad Murray reached out to you. Would it be a conflict to represent him because you did represent Michael Jackson.

Geragos: Clearly clearly I don’t thank that anybody that has represented Michael at least in the five or six years could possibly defend any of the doctors you know those besides Dr. Murray there’s been search warrants and other subpoenas issued coroner’s subpoenas issued for a number of other doctors as well in LA.

Geraldo Commentary: Do you expect indictments anytime soon?

Geragos: I uhm actually am hearing that the DA’s office is uhm still discussing hot and heavy right now uhn whether they are going to proceed in uhm I’m hearing that it is going to be sooner rather than later.

Geraldo Commentary: And Kimberly uh.

Kimberly: From that office yea LA DA’s office there in the child division and my sources at the LADA office said that this is going to be big, this is going to be powerful, it’s coming soon and do expect indictments and they are going after anybody that had any culpability with respect to his death.

Geraldo Commentary: Does your sources indicate that anyone other than Conrad Murray will be indicted.

Kimberly: The scope is not limited to Dr. Murray. So expect that other people are going to go down with it and very soon and they should.

Geraldo Commentary: They should.

& Tohme is shady like I said and apparently Jermaine was the one who introduced him to Michael. mad

Jackson Doc Staffer Ordered to Retrieve Boxes
Posted Aug 17th 2009 1:30AM by TMZ Staff

An uncle of the two sisters who worked at Dr. Conrad Murray's medical practice in Houston says the day Michael Jackson died, one of the women got a call from either Dr. Murray or someone who worked for him to go and pick up boxes at Dr. Murray's storage facility ... and she got the call more than 5 hours before Dr. Murray called 911.
Joseph Middleton tells TMZ the morning of June 25, one of his nieces, LaQuisha Middleton, had just arrived at Dr. Murray's medical practice where she worked when she received a call to go to the storage facility. Joseph does not know who called LaQuisha, but based on his conversations with her, he says the call came either from Dr. Murray or someone who works for Dr. Murray. He also says she went with another woman who was not LaQuanda Price, LaQuisha's sister.

The manager of the storage facility tells us two women, whom she believed at the time to be Laquisha and LaQuanda, arrived at 9:22 AM (Houston time) and picked up 3-5 boxes, as well as other items.

Joseph says LaQuanda told him LaQuisha picked up a chair and boxes, although when we interviewed LaQuanda in Houston, she only remembers a box -- she says a box containing dirty needles that LaQuisha inexplicably brought back to the office. In the same interview, LaQuisha only admitted picking up a chair.

Joseph told us LaQuisha got the call at around 9 AM Houston time. That is 7 AM Los Angeles time, more than 5 hours before Dr. Murray called 911.

As we first reported, it took multiple bottles of Propofol to keep Michael Jackson asleep through a single night. Law enforcement sources tell us they believe -- though cannot prove yet -- that Propofol bottles may have been stored at one or more locations under the control of Dr. Murray and FedExed to L.A.

Law enforcement has a suspicion Dr. Murray walked out of the room for a period of time after administering the Propofol, possibly fell asleep, and when he returned Jackson had stopped breathing. Cops think Dr. Murray then may have spent hours "cleaning up" the situation before calling 911.

man if this is all true then like i've been thinking all along, mixhael was long gone and the doctor tried to cover it up

Michael Jackson's Estate: Administrators Plan to Generate $100 Million in 2009
As Katherine Jackson Continues Bid for Estate Control, Joe Jackson Talks Burial Plans

August 17, 2009

As Michael Jackson's mother continues her bid for control of his massive estate, the court-appointed administrators say they have ambitious plans to generate $100 million this year alone.

ABC News has learned that, in addition to this year's goal, the administrators are looking to bring in up to $50 million annually in subsequent years though merchandising and other projects.

It's a plan that could make Katherine Jackson's case difficult to prove -- she has argued in court that administrators John Branca and John McClain do not have Jackson's best interests at heart.

"It's all about command and control," ABC News legal analyst Dana Cole said on a "Good Morning America" segment that aired today, adding that the administrators likely "don't want too many cooks in the kitchen."

Katherine Jackson and her son's three children, of whom she has custody, are set up to receive a total of 80 percent from Jackson's estate, split evenly between his mother and children. The other 20 percent was set aside for charity, according to a 2002 will.

All parties will head back into the courtroom today as the judge is expected to rule on several deals that could bring in millions, most notably a deal worth an estimated $15 million with Bravado to license and merchandise Michael Jackson products.

In addition to merchandise, administrators plan to bring in millions from books, movies and a multitude of unpublished Jackson songs. They've already approved a reissue of Jackson's 1988 autobiography, "Moonwalk," and a movie encompassing footage from Jackson's final concert rehearsals from his "This Is It" tour is set to be released Oct. 30.

So confident are the administrators in their plan, ABC News has learned, that they do not intend to sell Jackson's stake in the Sony/ATV catalog in order to pay of the singer's debts, which, by some estimates, are in the hundreds of millions.

"This situation will right itself, Cole said, "His legacy is hugely in demand and, with it, comes millions of dollars. The fans are demanding the products."

Meanwhile, Joe Jackson told the Daily News' Man Steve Friess in Las Vegas that the family is planning to bury Michael Jackson at Forest Lawn cemetery Aug. 29, which would have been his 51st birthday.

Last week, Judge Mitchell Beckloff approved a $60 million dollar movie deal between the Michael Jackson's estate and the promotor of a concert planned before his death, which features footage of the singer's final performances.

Concert promoter AEG Live paid $30 million for a series of concerts Jackson was scheduled to play in London later this year.

Under the terms of the proposed contract, the film will have to be screened for Jackson's estate and cannot include any footage that puts the superstar in a bad light, according to The Associated Press.

Columbia Pictures paid $60 million for rights to the film, and the contract states Jackson's estate is slated to receive 90 percent of its profits.

Katherine Jackson did not object to the film, but her attorneys have raised questions about other agreements concerning AEG Live and merchandiser Bravado, according to the AP.

Lost in the paperwork surrounding Jackson's death and estate is the remarkable resolve of Katherine, the family's 79-year-old matriarch.

Last week Beckloff awarded her permanent custody of Jackson's three young children, with whom she will share 80 percent of Jackson's estate.

Joe Jackson: Michael Jackson to Be Buried on His Birthday
August 17
By Stephen M. Silverman

Joseph Jackson says his son Michael will be finally laid to rest on Aug. 29, on what would have been the King of Pop's 51st birthday.

Speaking to New York's Daily News, the Jackson patriarch said the burial would take place at Los Angeles's Forest Lawn Cemetery at 10 that morning, some two months after Michael's June 25 death.

Jackson, 80, said that these arrangements had only been finalized recently, says the News. He also said that his wife Katherine, from whom he lives separately, has been particularly hard hit by their son's death and suffers crying jags.

He further said that security guards prevented him from seeing Michael in the months before he died, and that daughter LaToya's suggestion to the media last week that Michael's Neverland estate would be moved to Las Vegas was not to be taken seriously.

"How would they do that?" he asked.

On Aug. 29, the King of Pop would have turned 51. To celebrate his life, Spike Lee invites everyone to a Brooklyn style block party.

You could say that Spike Lee always had a special connection to Michael Jackson: They were born a year apart, both to musical families. Back in the day, every Saturday morning, Lee, like many other black kids across the country, sat down in front of the TV, glued to the “Jackson 5” cartoons.

“We’re of the same era,” Lee told The Root. “I wanted my Afro to be perfectly round like Michael’s, all that stuff.”

Years later, the two ended up working together, collaborating on a music video for “They Don’t Care About Us” in Brazil. The two never worked together again, but Lee found himself hit hard by Jackson’s death.

So he decided to throw Michael a birthday party.

Not just any birthday party: A “Brooklyn style block party,” Lee says. “It’s going to just be how we do it, Brooklyn style, I’ll leave it at that. It’s going to be a joyous, festive, celebratory party.” Free.

Anybody and everybody is invited to attend Michael Jackson’s 51st birthday party on Saturday, August 29, from noon to 5 p.m., at Fort Greene Park, Brooklyn, New York. DJ Spinna will be spinning all things Jackson, from the Jackson 5 to the Jacksons to Michael Jackson. The Brooklyn borough president will be on hand to declare Aug. 29 “Michael Jackson Day.”

“At the end, we’ll all sing Happy Birthday to Michael,” Lee says. “We’re going to make sure he hears us, too. All over the world, people are going to be celebrating his birthday. But he’s going to hear Brooklyn; Brooklyn is going to be in the house. Deep.”
