With a guy like Michael? Shit I doubt they can't help but squeal. rolleyes lol

Jermaine Jackson was gonna put out a tell all book. That came to a halt when Michael threatened to sue him. If the price is right, they cat will be let out of the bag. Joe Jackson is taking his son's death like a cake walk. It is a money making opportunity for all the Jackson's to get some cold hard cash.

I bet Michael was feeling like self awareness was a BITCH!

There was no tell all book. Stacy Brown who didn't have contact with Michael but was close with the family was shopping those stories around

Did you ever see "Charlie and The Chocolate Factory"? lol He already did. No matter how much he denied it, Johnny was playing MJ dead on.

I did hear about the tell-all. hmmm

If you was watching Nancey Grace she was talking about how Joe did Michael in his earlier years! She was putting all the Jackson's business out there on CNN! She was still pissed from the molestation trials, I guess. Nancy was talking mad shit!

Yeah.....

Thats why I said he should SHUT THE HELL UP and respect his age,Mj's skin color is not important to me, he is black in his blood,I would listen to MJ's music even if his face was green, and I could careless about the things he said about Mj regarding his skin, Im mad at the time he chose to say this,he started to say this bullshit when MJ is no longer with us to defend himself.

That's the problem I have with guys who paint themselves as do gooders and mentors like Quincy. In my experience, it's almost always egotistical and self serving. Anyone that age fucking around with a 19 year old is full of shit. Even when I attract young girls i realize it's my ego reacting and that its a no no, quincy's just another bullshit artist to me. Not to say i'm not a fan. Not to say michael wasn't troubled either. But those in glass houses should shut the fuck up. Hopefully someone will put his old ass in check. Anyone who has a pattern of marrying white women has a dollop of self hatred in them, any way you cut it. I used to try to be generous to him in this regard, thinking "well, he had a mom who was insane" but that don't cut it. One or two white women, ok, but just exclusively white women? That's self hate.

There's alot to your mentor-mentee theory, methinks. The bitterness comes thru. I haven't followed Q closely over the years, but how hot was in recent years he up til MJ's death? Perhaps he's spouting off now cuz nobody's paid much attention to him since his days w/ MJ. shrug You'd think a guy who lived this long would be a bit more self-aware, if not appreciative of irony. lol

that's because you are probably white. Put it this way, when you grow up around your own people, are raised by your own people and you still get messages from everywhere that the ideal is blond blue eyed women, and you end up being successful and going for white women as many successful black men do it's certainly not uncommon. I don't have much more to breakdown for you. Ask someone else. White folks are so naive and sensitive when it comes to race, as Paul Mooney once said "white folks kill me with their sensitivity". I understand Q's mother issues, I had a troubled white mother and generally don't like white women, however, there are times when I meet a person who's heart is so pure that it trumps all of that. If that happened, fine, but there is usually more at work. All of us americans are pretty screwed up when it comes to race, all of us.

or since it was ignored. Michael liked to have yes men around and didn't like having people that were critical of his actions so if Qunicy spoke out one too many times he may have been unceremoniously dumped and therefore hurt and expressing it coming across as bitter.

love how you guys want to keep putting MJ as the vicitm.

The thing w/ preferences is that they don't just happen, they come from living and experiences. People are not islands and they are influenced by the society in which they live, whether they can admit it or not. Q's a product of his society just like MJ, right? If he wants to put MJ on blast for wanting to be White in his opinion, then one can ask the same of him about his choices, esp when it comes to Q's crack about MJ's kids. Obviously he didn't go as far as MJ in some ways, but the results are pretty much the same.

If you want to question someone's racial politics, fine....but he took a shot at MJ's kids. I've seen Q's kids, they are hardly any Blacker. Same result, different method. Q was way off going there, IMHO.

Oh quit hitting people upside the head w/ the Big Book. Ain't nobody painting him as a victim....I don't think in those terms...it's too simplistic. People offering their opinions are just that, to be taken or left. You act as if MJ had an obligation to do what others said, but just the ones you agree w/.

Yes, he comes off as bitter because there's a time and place for everything. He had no right bringing MJ's kids into the discussion. That's where I'm coming from.

Quincy just spoke that damn truth! It ain't healthy to be singing and crying over a damn rat, or hugged up with a boa constructor snake, like it's your girlfriend! I understand vitiligo turns the skin white but damn NOT overnight! That starts out gradually.

This song is too nice to be talking about a rat! lol

Michael was trying to be everything he wasn't! He is not the victim.

It's the timing of the statement and the bitterness that bothered me. The media will tear michael a new ass throughout eternity, it doesn't need Q doing it to his "baby brother" so soon after a tragedy and just comes across as sour grapes. Michael was deeply hurt and troubled beyond saving, yes, but let the ones who loved and cared remember the best and leave it to the Nancy Grace's, Maureen Orth's etc.., to vilify him.

Did he turn white overnight? Hardly. I don't know or care if he had vitiligo, but y'all are tripping.

How does anyone know what he was trying to be....did you know him?

One "truth" Q was completely off on was HOW MJ supposedly "turned white overnight"....chemical peels don't bleach the melanin from one's skin, as he intimated. If he was wrong about that, what else was he wrong about?

Says you. From what I gather, most people are sympathetic to Jermaine and who expects anything different from Joe? Joe's been a known entity for 40 years....only the insane would expect him to do a 'bout face and become a different person at 80+. Nevertheless they are his family, end of.

Quincy is a good bullshitter, it's known as one of his best gifts, or rather, his diplomacy, i should say. It's not like him to speak like that so I happen to take it a. He's either angry at Michael for destroying himself(understandable) or b. Expressing what he never expressed before in a "he had it coming" or sour grapes, gloating fashion. No,he was queer as a 3 dollar bill (pardon my language) everyone knew, he was such a flamer. None of it's negative to me, I think he was one of the great entertainers. Prince must too, because he's copped some stuff. But he was gay as they get. Give him credit, classical music is not the stuff of vegas and he managed to make a fortune off it. I recall working in a steel mill, talking about his death with an old man, I said "he was gay" and the old man said "he could sure play that piano though" then he said "that paper in england said he was gay years ago and Liberace sued them and won" I said "so?" He said, "Well, they should get their money back."

It's like so what? Liberace's gay, doesn't change he was great at the piano, does it? And if the same thing happens to MJ, I wouldn't think differently either.

I don't believe Quincy was bitter, Michael was probably self destructing and making and bad choices. Quincy could have just gotten tired of dealing with him and severed ties. I can't see an axe to grind with Quincy, not on this one. If people are hell bent on ruining their lives nobody can stop them. Most of what he said had some truth to it.

He could have took great offense to the snake biting a hole in his daughter's hand but he didn't!!!!

And there's an interview on youtube, a little creepy, with q petting the snake sitting next to michael. Q is a great communicator, so it's not like him, i'm telling you. As far as Michael and Q producing stuff, from what I know. Michael and q saw things differently. And in this regard, I have to say, in my opinion, Q was correct. Michael always wanted the cutting edge in technology, in entertainment in everything, but Q had the opinion along the lines of "If it ain't broke don't fix it". Michael still made great music after Q, but he was hardly a "new jack" or a hip hop artist. I also heard, in Michael' defense, that he was getting tired of Q recieving so much credit and making him appear like a puppet. Michael was truly a great, great songwriter, before and after Q and if you don't believe that, all you have to do is listen to some of the demos before Q even got to them. Great team when put together of course.
