I always start my MJ posts with "I'm not a MJ fan but.."
Today I will say i am a fan, and by sales to his unpresendented O2 shows, he is still the biggest star around. I grew up with MJ, he has been in the news and part of coversation my whole life, so he is like a part of the family, lol I never dissed him, and never understood why people would dog a man when he was down. A legend died today, an era ends. | |

wow. i'm just totally...flabbergasted right now. dude's really gone, i guess. like a lotta folks, i poked fun at him a lot...still, he was a big part of my childhood. used to listen to my mom's copy of got to be there all the time when i was little (it's still one of my fave albums of all time), and i used to listen to bad on my cheesy little portable tape recorder when i was about 7. i've been getting hip to off the wall as of late (its 30th anniversary is this year, even  ) too.
