edit: In the end, you're right. I also have a hard time giving respect to people who like to hurt others with racist words. However, I like to try to take in the picture as a whole, and it seems this was really a one off "just trying to get back at her" for dumping my ass" type thing. If I couldn't look past it or other transgressions by others in the industry, I probably wouldn't have any respect for hip-hop alltogether.

I'm ambivalent. Hes fairly talented, but overrated overall. He's said some shit about blacks and gays, and depending who you ask that was either racist and homophobic, or it was taken out of context.
