Dat end bit has a real dramatic gypsy-like almost old-fashioned Bollywood film music kinda feel 2 it

There are some fantastic tracks on there, especially "Everyday" (maybe Jamiroquai's best slow jam ever), "Alright" and that killer bonus track. Cop it when you get the chance. i think this is my fave! Everyday is a nice tune.

'Synchronized' is the first Jamiroquai CD I bought. In the summer of 1999,I was in a record store and they were playing the song "Canned Heat".I went crazy! I assumed it was some old, rare disco song from the late 70s that I had never heard. So I asked the cashier what it was, expecting her to hand me some "Rare Disco Jams" CD,lol.Instead, she handed me the 'Synchronized' CD.It had just been released that week, and so I bought it.I didn't know much about Jamiroquai, but I was hooked on this music. This CD is excellent.I like all the songs, especially "Planet Home","Where Do We Go From Here",and the slow jam "Falling".

That is a classic scene! I wonder if the hoopla over this film (and that memorable "Canned Heat" scene) is what made Jamiroquai decide to call their new CD 'Dynamite'

You gotta be joking.Jamiroquai's recent music features some of the strongest hooks and choruses you will hear in today's pop music.Have you heard the songs "Love Foolosophy","Corner Of The Earth","Seven Days In Sunny June","You Give Me Something","Picture Of My Life","Starchild" and "Black Devil Car"?

The 'Dynamite' CD was released in most countries on June 20.It won't be released in the U.S. until September 20.It will be a dual disc.If you decide to order an import copy, make sure your CD includes the bonus track "Time Won't Wait".In some countries, the CD is missing that song. btw,the US version will feature different artwork, and yes,it includes "Time Won't Wait"

I just don't think Jamiroquai is one of those groups that you'd need to get ALL of their albums. One record should be enough for most everybody.

I've heard the singles and I've heard bits and pieces at record stores. It's enough. Jamiroquai never really was one for surprises anyway. and, music like that?
Pop-funk, any watered down soul music for that matter. Though I hardly ever put even a Defunkt album on anymore either.

As A Funk Odyssey is overrated, I think Sykronized is underrated, especially when you consider tracks like "Butterfly." Good night, sweet Prince | 7 June 1958 - 21 April 2016

Can anyone recommend anything 4 me? Most fans would recommend that you start with the first two albums ('Emergency On Planet Earth' and 'Return Of The Space Cowboy'),but I'm gonna be bold and recommend that you get 'A Funk Odyssey' first. It's my favorite album by them and every song is superb. "A Funk Odyssey" is one of the only albums I like since the 2000s began. Why? Because, unlike the others, it delivers the funk. Andy is a four letter word.

The new CD is great, but I don't think it's as good as 'A Funk Odyssey'. All due respect, DavidEye, Return of the Space Cowboy remains the J's masterpiece. AFO is a good album, for all the reasons you listed, but when I think about "Return of the Space Cowboy," "Stillness In Time," "Light Years," "Manifest Destiny," "Mr. Moon," and "Morning Glory," from beginning to end, ROTSC is their best album. Yeah, most Jamiroquai fans would agree with you. This album is considered their best work.

yeah i sgree. return of the space cowboy was my all out fave, but its been pushed aside a bit for a funk oddyssey.saying that tho, i had ROTSC on just last night and it was fab.
