That photo has raised a lot of suspicion. It has been debunked here on the Org. That is Prince at Walgreen's, but the date may be incorrect. I have googled it myself in street view and that building you see is a Veterinarian's office, not the DMV.

The retaining wall is on the back end of the Walgreen's parking lot. the hill behind it has a multiple office space building, the biggest of which is a Veterinarian as stated.

If you'll search the Org for Walgreens and Veterinarian the answer will come up. An Org'r lives there and found the exact location. Nothing about driver's license, DMV or otherwise. It's a Walgreen's parking lot. You can damn near do the work and figure out which sot that SUV was parked in, too, if it was important to you.

There's another good reason for choosing that location: it's next door to a Bremer Bank location. He was probably familiar with it.

Glad to see it was clarified. I thought I recalled several people saying it definitely was Walgreens and even noting the exact location, so I was surprised to see it being questioned/denied again

Yea, and that pic could have been taken a couple of month's earlier, for all we know. It was mid-April and many tree's would begin budding by then. I wonder why someone was following him and snapping pics of him?

His clothes match what he was found in.

They never said none of them were in his name. He went to Walgreens a lot. The folks in there said it wasn't unusual to see him pop in. Even Prince needs aspirin or some Doritos. If some were not in his name, he also knew his face could hurry things along. He's Prince, after all. People know him and wanna interact with him. So if that means expediting a pickup order, so be it. Just a theory there.

That's what I think too. Those are probably the same clothes he was wearing when he passed.

They said he was outside pacing next to the SUV.

However, I don't believe he was gone before Midnight on the 20th, Others were saying about 6 hours before they found him.

Yeah, good point. I think it was a random moment when that picture was snapped based upon someone seeing him going in and out of that location at that time. But you could be right as in: "being followed".

I did a reverse image search and time stretched that photo to death. Was able to pinpoint time of day per angle of the suns reflection. Location was sketchy. This was before 2000 hours. Calculate time sun would have set that day and last time Prince was heard from(per the warrant). That should give you a more specific time range in terms of how much time would have passed from when he was at that Pharmacy( enter the Walgreens location from the warrant) to PP. Who was driving the SUV? Bodyguard(s) was/were gone if I'm not mistaken. He's everywhere.

kinda wonder what they spoke about, Will doesn't seem to be the type of celeb Prince would have much in common with. I would assume they spoke about something regarding race, which Prince seemed preoccupied by in his last years but Will wasn't anything like the uncompromising, brave maverick Prince. So, kinda wonder what they had to talk about.

Who knows, maybe it isn't even true they spoke. We've seen others give themselves a come up to get attention using Prince for their own purposes. I can't recall, was there anything in the search warrants or anywhere else that this was corroborated by the police that the conversation really took place?

I do see a little bit of "green" on the trees, and maybe it was mid-April in MN? It was stated that Prince made several trips to Walgreens, but like Trivial said, Prince's clothing describes the way he was found in the elevator, so it's quite possible that pictures was taken within hours of his death.

Good point about the time of day, because from what I can see in the picture, it looks relatively early in the day (overcast & cloudy), and also keep in mind the time of year (early spring), and the days begin to get longer, etc.

Prince had a lethal amount of Fentanyl in his system, so it probably happened instantaneously. It is my guess that he took the lethal dose either in the elevator or just before, and then that was it.

Yes, I would imagine the conversation was music-related.

Interestingly enough, none of the warrants say anything about what he might have been carrying on his person. But I guess they wouldn't at that time since, he physically wasn't there when the 1st warrant was issued. But neither does the ME report. I have no idea if something like that would show up in the report, all it mentioned were the clothes he wore, not even a tube of chapstick or loose change was listed. I'll have to scan the reports again, but iirc most of his meds were in and around his personal rooms. So at what point did he take the meds? Leaving his personal rooms?

I recall they said there was a bottle of pills in his front pocket. And, if his clothing was on backwards, would that mean it was the back pocket??
