The Judge has ruled that neither Londell or Van can be appointed co-Representatives,

and further ruled that unless the heirs can agree on an individual he will not appoint another.

The Judge also stated "...the Court also notes that Mr. McMillan and Mr. Koppelman have been a 'lightening rod' for disputes that have erupted during the administration of the Estate regarding the Tribute Concert and newly negotiated music or merchandising agreements. The Court is concerned about continued disagreements and conflict of interest regarding Mr. McMillan's compensation for these music and merchandising agreements and his role as a co-personal representative."

I think this is what she was after.

The California Code Does Not Authorize An Inspection Action in Minnesota

In paragraph 20 of the Petition, it asserts “Petitioner has the right to inspect and copy records of NPG Music pursuant to Cal. Corp. Code §17713.13(d) (Deering 2016).” That statute does not support the request.

So here's the business (as of 1-12-2017) concerning the naming of the heirs to Prince's fortune.

1. Comercia Bank wil be replacing Bremer Trust as special administrator.

2. In Tyka's petition, she wanted either Fiduciary Trust, Co. International or Comercia to take over as the special administrator.

3. Attorney Van Jones and attorney L. Londell Mcmillan have requested to be appointed as co-executors of the estate.

4.Tyka Nelson and Omarr Baker have filed objections to the proposed appointment of McMillan since he has been acting as a special adviser to Bremer Trust.

5. Van Jones is Omarr Baker's attorney. He has stated that he is not charging them or gets anything from the estate.

5. The allegation against Mcmillan is that because he gets a 10% commision on contracts the estate has signed thus far , there is a conflict of interest.

6. Sharon Nelson endorsed McMillan... ( She should be charting on billboard right after her grammy winning performance in February).

7. Oddly enough, it seems all of the siblings want McMillan as an advisor except Tyka and Omarr (This may not be true).

8. Sharon,Norrine and John share the same attorney (Randall Sayers).

9. Tyka's attorney was Edward Diaz as of Decmeber 5th,2016. ( She may have sacked him).

10. McMillan has been accused of leaking confidential information to billboard about the $35 million sale of Prince's vault masters. (That was interesting). Lucky for us, I am hot on the trail for who bought it and what it had in it.

Below are the links to support the above mentioned findings.

Of note: When you click on the second link below, scroll down to the email and check out L. Londell extending the olive branch to Tyka. She's not happy .

Are you talking about documents that Phaedra wants to inspect or are you talking about the documents the Special Adminstrator wants from Phaedra.

--I am sure Tyka and Omarr do not want to sell the masters and over time the family could make a lot of money if they find someone to work with them to release the music. Why was Londell so quick to sell everything instead of licencing the material out or just doing what Susan Rogers said and setting up a steaming subscription service. So many ways to make money with out selling.

Its a document that was filed today under January 20, 2017.

The "Proposed Order" is not written by the Judge.

They are filed by individual attorneys for the party they are representing.

If he had a will and left the whole thing to his sibs the vault would have been sold be now for peanuts. The older sibs are siding with a greedy bastard who was trying to line his pockets.

That's a good thing. The estate needs a neutral party overseeing this. Preferably someone who has experience managing music, licensing and merchandising rights.

The Judge said they really didnt need a co-representative.

He expects Comerica will make communication with the heirs a high priority.

He also stated "...the focus of Comerica can hopefully be more refined than could that of

Bremer Trust which walked into personal and corporate mayhem where Decedent's personal and business affairs were in disarray, a criminal investigation was being undertaken, assets and records were voluminous and scattered, and numerous monetary and heirship claims were about to cascade upon them. Hopefully, communication with the

heirs can be achieved more easily at this time."

--These statements kill me dude had no debt and loads of assets. The idiot attorneys and bank ran up 2mill in bills and allowed Londell to make deals that benefitted himself. The disarray started as soon as Breamer and Londell got on the scene. Perhaps the bank can find a reputable entertainment law firm to actually get some work done.

Breamer was his bank. How hard could it have been for them and the heir ship claims are all bogus. The debts were caused by Breamer with the canceling of events at Paisly Park and those people may get nothing if their was no act of God clause in their contracts with Prince or just a hand shake deal.

Rich people don't keep a lot of cash on hand. Banks pay almost nothing in interest and cash really isn't worth a whole lot over time. Prince was smart to have his money in hard assets.

Not to start an invesment debate but, Thats a very broad statement as in "rich people don't"... I do happen to know a few individuals who are wealthy and asset allocation always included a lot of cash on hand, nowithstanding the interest rate.It is the safety net of investments. How much cash equivalents do you think Warren Buffet has ?
