It's obvious there are a few that are not here for Prince. He was educated on many subjects from politics to what is happening in the world today... including New World Order,Chemtrails and the illuminati and was helping get the word out despite what some may think.

.

Yes, Prince was very intelligent. He only began to share his thoughts with us recently.

.

I think some people need to read their history books again.

.

The truth it out there, but some people refuse to believe it, even if it smacked them upside their heads! lol

.

Yes Prince is far more intelligent, intuitive, than us. It's blows my mind that a Genius like him was not a dork or nerd but a sexy, athletic, FUNNY, compassionate, talented .....
I asked Prince what he was planning to do. He told me , I'm going to look for the ladder. I asked him what that meant. All he said was, sometimes it snows in April. - book D.M.S.R.

I agree. And it's what makes the process of grieving his loss so damn hard. He should still be here. His death was sudden and unexpected. I'm glad people want to find those responsible (if that scenario fits this situation) and hold them accountable. But I do wish people would calm down, take a deep breath, and ease up on the endless speculation and personal theories about his last days on earth. He would be mortified by the liberties people are taking in discussing his very private life and very personal matters. Not to mention the nastiness of some org members towards others. This is not a time to fight with each other. Let the people working the investigation do their jobs. They will get to the bottom of this. It's very important for them to get this right. Prince was well respected here in MN. But also his is a high profile case at a time when the opioid epidemic has reached a critical point. His untimely and unfortunate death may be the turning point finally as his stature as someone famous got people's attention. The last thing any of us wants is to turn his death, the circumstances around it and the investigation into a circus. Sometimes that's what it feels like in these threads. I'm not judging anyone here or trying to tell anyone what to do. Prince was a pretty class act who attracted a lot of classy fans - all of us!
I just have to say that as hard as it's been to lose this beautiful soul, his death wasn't in vain. Why? Because it saved my life. I had hit a critical point in my life where i was tolerant to my pain meds and I was having to take more and more to get relief. I was so afraid to say anything BC of the stigma that comes from needing these meds, especially in high doses, that I suffered and battled for almost s year. I had a gastric bypass which makes my meds also not be absorbed like a normal person. You can see where this is going. It wasn't long after his death that I finally broke down and talked to my pain Dr who made adjustments immediately. Since then, I am in less pain than in 10 years. I'm not even having to take the whole dosage a lot of the times. I will forever be indebted to this man BC who knows where id be had I not opened my eyes to the dangers surrounding this issue. I love you Prince and miss u like crazy!!! [Edited 10/26/16 7:39am]

I'm glad to hear that. You had the courage to speak up and tell your doctor, and if you ever feel your doctor isn't listening to you or care how you feel........find a new doctor!!

Olivia: I don't think they are "buying time". They have more people to question. I'm actually releived that they aren't rushing through this case just to be done with it. I hope they make sure no stone goes unturned.

.

Just curious if anyone realizes that less than a month ago (10/4?) It was stated that this was still an ongoing investigation, but that they "only had ONE person on the case", being that basially they didn't have time to put all efforts into this one case and that they had to concentrate on more active cases. Soo...to have the investigation team all of a sudden state that this is a VERY ACTIVE HOMICIDE case, leads me to believe that yes, this was a stall tactic, knowing that otherwise, the warrant would have had to be unsealed this week. I'm not saying that the case should be closed, I'm just disputing the fact that it was stated there was only one detective on the case (less than a month ago), and now it is considered "highly active"....thoughts?

.

Good point, but I think they were referring to Carver County Sheriff. The DEA is still involved in the case. But then again, who knows -- maybe they aren't telling us everything?

Prince is saying he is tired of being used and I am not sure if he included Kirk to say Kirk was doing the using or just to do the song as if he is complaing to Kirk about the users. Put this with Apples post and it makes you wonder about who was he distrustful of and how come he just did not get rid of him.

Hmmmmm I wonder if he was going to get rid of him or was giving him another chance?? Only KJ knows and maybe Appolonia.

When was the last time he talked to Appolonia?

"…I would not rely on Prince for any insight into issues outside music. He was into conspiracy theories

Chemtrails, new world order, illuminati and also the stuff around the third eye pineal gland are all conspiracy theories that have been debunkend again and again. So thoroughly debunked and so easy to debunk that it is astounding anyone who went through high school could still believe this rubbish. But there you go

Prince also believed that the word God has been deliberately deleted from the Bible to control people. That is based on JW doctrine and plain ignorant. The practice of using the word Lord instead of the Tetragrammaton is based on a custom/law in Judaism not to pronounce the name of God in its original Hebrew form YHWH and say the word Adonai in its place which means My Lord or My Master. Hence the translations of the Hebrew Bible used the word Lord in those places where the Hebrew says YHWH…"

Man! I'm glad somebody else has finally said what I've always thought about Prince's position on things outside his field of expertise. Thank's Superconductor!

At the 05:40 mark of this impromptu live radio interview, Prince says, "There's no such thing as UFOs…"

Go To The 5:40 Mark!

I think it's pretty revealing about Prince, how, on one hand the guy can apply scientific reasoning and logic — "cause and effect" — with rational thinking and razor sharp sceptism when it comes to UFOs.

But then on the other hand he tosses all his skeptism and logic out the window when it comes to a lot of the other conspiratorial, pseudo-science nonsense in which he's purported to have believed.

Talk about a mass of contradictions?

Incidentally — Superconductor raises an interesting point about education. For any of you kids out there that poo-poo the value of a higher education. Just keep this in mind: A high school education teaches you how to do homework. An undergraduate/graduate education teaches you how to think.

I Warsh Myself With A Rag On A Stick!

You do realise he's saying there's no such things as UFO's (Unknown Flying Objects) in the sense that they are not Unkown? Just saying.

Amen! That He does. Never once gave it a second thought even with all the other drug overdoses we have seen. What do I offer?! im a 42 year old whos lost everything BC of my injuries and livimg on disability now with no hope of returning to my career. Prince had the ability to touch and help so many people while here. Ya know? I am grateful tho that my situation didn't spiral out of control. Re the other thing. There could be many sources for heavy metals in soils. Certainly could be transported by air but from a plane 10,000 m up high? Lol, very inefficient way of distribution. Much more likely a source closer to the ground or in the ground e.g. factories, traffic, building materials, paints, even some fertilisers or pesticides etc.

You might be surprised actually just how far pollution can travel. When chernobyl happened, farmland in Wales had to be prohibited from use for food produce. Wales is nowhere near Ukraine.

This is sadly true. I live in North Wales - the area most affected. The rates of cancer shot up in subsequent years: many of our parents contracted it and died all at around the same time - in their fifties.

The song is called 'Use Me' - and P's take on the lyrics is very interesting...

All sad truths. Fukushima has also reached the coast. Crop Spraying is being done with small planes too those sprays now contain agent orange chemical due to Monsanto's GMO crops getting more intolerant to traditional chemicals.

I encourage everyone to listen to the ENTIRE video. He is not starting the song with "you know you left me"-that part is the ending of Place of Your Man(the song is all about how her man left her)-he usually tells a story and that what his ending to that piece of the "story" the he segways into Use Me, which leads into How Come U Don't Call Me. This section of the show was obviously around the theme of a failed relationship. It has noting to do with his relationship with Kirk. He used his name because Kirk is his closest friend and would be the one to approach him to "break it down" about a woman using him.

Do you know KJ?
I listened and watched many times and still sounds like he is calling Kirk out as someone who was using him

Zenarose posted this in the other thread
'I think his name was Kirk
He sat me right down and he talked to me.
He told me, "I'm not gonna let you just walk on me"
And I'm sure...I'm sure he meant it...Yes he did.
When our talk was through,
I said, "Brother...If you only knew...You wish you was in my shoes
Just keep on using me
Until you use me up'.

Wow it took so many brain cells to tell us the obvious. Who did not know that Prince was not perfect. Prince even said himself he made mistakes in the industry. What does any of this have to do with the price of peas?

You might be surprised actually just how far pollution can travel. When chernobyl happened, farmland in Wales had to be prohibited from use for food produce. Wales is nowhere near Ukraine.

This is sadly true. I live in North Wales - the area most affected. The rates of cancer shot up in subsequent years: many of our parents contracted it and died all at around the same time - in their fifties.

I lived in Western Europe at the time of Chernobyl. A lot of the prohibition at the time was a precaution. Not aware of any correlation between cancer risk/rate and radioactivity following Chernobyl. Do you have a source?

.

It depends on the substance, its source and the atmospheric conditions how far stuff can travel. Often more likely there is a local source that causes pollution and any associated health and morbidity/mortality outcomes.

If Prince really believed the conspiracy theory claptrap and the pseudo-science nonsense, then yeah. He was nuts — as far as I'm concerned.

But that's OK. Prince wouldn't have been the first artistic genius that spouted off with a load of horse shit — in matters not pertaining to their artistic gift

Have you ever heard Eddie Murphy's Shut up, Stevie! stand-up bit? The gist if the skit is, Stevie Wonder is another one of those musical genius types who mistakenly convinced themselves that their musical genius made them immune to talking complete and utter rubbish. The kind of pseudo-intellectual nonsense, that makes people wanna tell them…

"…Just shut the fuck up Steve…Just take the muthafuckin' award and get the fuck out…I know you a musical genius and all…but that shit don't impress me…"

I often got the impression from Prince, that he suffered from that same "Stevie Talking Horse Shit Again Syndrome" that Eddie Murphy joked about.

There's an old maxim that goes, "It is better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and to remove all doubt".

There's a difference between acknowledging he was not perfect and believing "Prince is far more intelligent, intuitive, than us. " (your previous post)

I'm sure I can find sources for you, yes - if / when I locate them I'll drop you a private message, as opposed to derailing the thread further - would that be OK? smile

Well I never said anything about him more intelligent than anyone else however, I don't think he was a moron and some people are intuitive. The music industry is tough and he was a survivor and he did have the albilty to see about five paces ahead of other people in that industry. In addition, many people who knew him said he would just show up when they needed something as if he just knew people needed help.

IMO the Illuminati material et al is just rubbish. Even brilliant musicians can be caught up in such ridiculousness. A little too much time on his hands and/or a little too much fundamentalist influence? I have relatives who are born-again who think Halloween is Satan worship and that the Bible says that. My reply was, "Where in the Bible does it say Walmart cannot sell billions of dollars of candy in October?" Some religions go off the tracks, and Prince went off with the JWs. Similar in effect to Scientology or LDS.

When we make replies sometimes it appears that one person is replying to something but it is actually someone else. it appears to be a system clicth.

I did comment on the whole idea that the vast majority of people on this board hink that Prince was more intelligent than anyone else since Prince did not even think that himself from his own statements.

I am not Olivia Cameron. biggrin I do think a whole separate topic could be started on the fact that

many people do not seem to realize that the super wealthy and powerful do have knowledge of things that the rest of us do not have.

Maybe. I just think they live in a different bubble.
