I can assure you his body in the elevator was photographed. It has to be for legal reasons. Doesn't mean it will be made public. fan for life

I don't know if something more than chronic pain was going on with Prince. I've come to the conclusion it could go either way, it was or it wasn't terminal (I flip flop moment by moment), but I strongly believe that he was going through or planning some kind of major change. The nit that's bothering me these days is the fact he was planning on turning PP into a museum (Who does that? I know someone does, but Prince? Really? Giving up on his dream, really?) according to that RS article, too bad the interviewer didn't question it, Prince might have answered it, unless that tidbit was put into the article as an afterthought based on what Sheila E. said to the press (yeah, had to consider that also, but we'll never know for sure). Anyway, taking that seriously as Prince's plan, my feelings, he went into overdrive, getting things done, before "retiring", and that right now is breaking my heart, the fact he didn't get done what he was setting out to do.

I don't think Prince had anything wrong with him other than the pain and the addiction to pain killers. If he knew he was dying, we would ahve known about it after he died when his medical records were released.
I think he started to realize he was a man possibly entering the last phase of his natural life and so he embarked on these rather personal endeavours like the piano tour, reuniting with past friends, the book, etc. He was maturing and behaving like a man his age and I think that was all that was to it.
