I dunno. Again, why not? If it's as good, as thick and as layered as "Hardrocklover" and "The X's Face", songs that offer new discoveries on each listen, I hope he re-works it into something better. Maybe he found a way to improve on it, which wouldnt be too tough since it's one of the weaker tracks on AOA.

I'm kinda digging this space age, minimalistic, psychedelic, weird, live vs. studio, synthetic versus organic sound he's been chasing lately. There's an experimental element and a feeling of exploration to it all that I haven't heard from him in some time now and I'm curious to see how he realizes it and brings the sound he's been hinting at into full fruition. Having a good producer seems to be helping him too. reminds me of some of the old stuff only fresh, where you could really "peel the onion" and discover everything he was doing beyond the deceptively simple structure of the songs.

"This Could Be Us" felt like a throwaway and a coy inside joke on AOA - a by the numbers ballad he's done 100 times before - but the bare bones of a good song are there and it's not TERRIBLE, just forgettable.

BBC 6music radio had an exclusive interview with 3rdEyeGirl this morning (or seemingly just Hannah) in which they revealed a new album has been completed by Prince & Josh entitled 'The Hit & Run'. Hardrocklover is from that album and the album was played in full at the recent Obama event apparently. More details to follow. Check out the BBC iPlayer (if UK resident) to hear the interview.

He may initially release it exclusively through tidal, but I believe it this happens it will only be temporary, or he'll do one of those things where he keeps one song off like he did on LF, very tricky indeed. If he releases remasters & or extras exclusively through tidal, then maybe I'll be singing a different tune.

Looking back at the pic now I can see some smudging around his mouth/nose area where the pixels look like they've been smudged. I was on my ipod when I first saw the pic so appologies haha.
