You're not a true fan if you unquestionably love every song ever done by Prince, and refuse to listen to other great artists.
If you don have criticisms, if you do see greatness in others, if you do have problems with his music, and he's still your favorite artist, then you're a true fan. Shakespeare's plays weren't all perfect, and neither are Prince's albums. A little bit of seriousness on an enjoyable thread. My personal definition of a Prince fan.
