do people actually put on Prince music when they are doing it? lol

In my life I certainly have. I wonder if I'll continue to.

It seems cartoonish to do so

You state that it's morally wrong for a man of 53 to have a love relationship with a women in her early twenties.

Because of those lack of morals (according to your standard) he can't be spiritual. Because to you morality and spirituality are related to eachother.

Therefore, Prince his spirituality is not valid to you anymore. And neither is his music?

While you want him to behave exactly according your private morally and spiritually standards, he's living according to his own values.

I think your dissapointment doesn't have to do anything with you being so morally and spiritual pure as opposed to Prince.

I think you are dissapointed that he is (allthough nobody knows this for sure) in love with Andy Allo in stead of you. I think that you are jalous and see your own secret phantasy about Prince getting shattered. And that hurts. In stead of facing reality and your pain, you convinced yourself of being morally pure and Prince not.

Why do you suddenly feel that Prince has dissapointed you now, for being with a young girl? You never had that reaction when he allegedly physically abused Jill Jones and Sinead O'Connor. Nor the stories of ex-employees that he didn't treat them right. That didn't seem to withold you from questioning Prince his highly ethical spiritual ideas, now did that?

So, why is his alleged relationship with Andy is?

99% of my posts are ironic. Maybe this post sides with the other 1%.

Prince probably won't like this conversation. I don't care if he likes it or not, but he has a warning from an older fan...

That I as one person will look at him and say, "I love you, but I don't trust you anymore."

I don't believe that Prince is in love with Andy Allo...If Prince was going to shatter my heart, he could only do it with an older woman.

People can twist things any way they want to to make themselves comfortable in their thinking.

Sometimes putting spiritual discipline on doesn't feel that good. I'm not a perfect person and I don't expect anyone to be like Jesus. As we strive toward being more purified people we have to get rid of some things.

And this is everyday, even if it's just one thought that needs to be removed.

I'm not Prince's final judge, I'm just a friend.

It's an uphill climb to the finish line.

When and if Prince ever gets married to one woman, and he has to forsake all others because that is the rule.

There's no room for getting away with having sex on records. To Prince that must seem like a prison from wide open creativity. That is where money doesn't matter and the delicate nature of a person's lifestyle does matter in a relationship. For true happiness it does.

Just because Prince is Prince doesn't mean that when he sings, "You've got to bend in the wind but don't break to keep your man." is clearly understandable.

Not everything Prince says, goes.

It's an uphill climb to the finish line.

A topic that could go on and on is the intimate conversations that must go on between musicians and their spouses.

Let's face the truth here...Does anyone think that Prince is going to have sex with a woman to an Eric Benet record? I don't.

But I could...cause it doesn't hurt me. I'm not sexually attracted to Eric Benet and never was because I've loved Prince for years.

The point is that people are emotional and sexuality comes from the mind and the heart. Sometimes adjustments have to be made to comfort the mind of your spouse. For the sake of romance.

It's an uphill climb to the finish line.

I personally feel that it shows a lack of maturity when you can only date [marry], & flirt with women that are young enough to be your daughter [or grand daughter], but hey, that's just me lol . I will admit that it is funny reading people's comments trying to defend Prince....for no reason as usual.

There are men that stay clear of the problems it causes with the women in their appropriate age group.

It's almost like you put up a barrier in your mind and you don't allow the thoughts to creep up on you.

I can't even fathom having sex with a man or boy, 30 years younger than I am. Even if it were just in my mind...I'm not gonna do it.

When you read the biogs, books and interviews with past lays a pattern emerges of younger, often 'barely legal' girls who are encouraged not to voice their own opinions or express their personalities, and basically dress, act and say whatever Prince wants them to - that is if they can talk at all, and not just smile meekly and stand there in a camisole.

Not sure Andy fits that role, only seen her once on that French TV show, but with all Prince band members, male or female - he's the boss, so any image or presence they have is largely there as a creation or a reflection of his.

It doesn't take Freud to psychoanalyse this, but I'm not going there, I've already said enough for the pitchfolks to come out.
