Why do people judge Prince????

I am very surprised with individuals opinions about Prince. It's amazing how people are always judging others, instead of looking at their self in the mirror. I had the pleasure of meeting Larry and Tina Graham, who taught Prince about the Jehovah Witness beliefs. Prince enjoyed what he has learned from the Bible, and he has shared what he has learned with some of my family members. Dollwoman is constantly judging Prince, this makes me wonder are you an apostate? It seems like you are learning the Jehovahs Witness beliefs, just to put Jehovah Witnesses down. No one is perfect, how do you know that Prince does not regret some of the words in some of his pass songs? Maybe this is why he choose not to sing some of his songs, because he is a changed person. If Prince music is stumbling you, then dont listen to it. Why are you enjoying trying to ridicule and humiliate him. Also i thought this site was for Prince fans, so why are you on here. Jehovah God and Jesus are the most loving and merciful, yet sad to say humans often tend to be judgemental and unmerciful. Prince remember you only have to answer to God. He loves you and the organization is still his means of reaching us and teaching us. Ladychel

This could possibly be one of the most pointless threads on the org right now--and that's coming from a guy who excels at pointless threads, so trust me--I know.


One of the reasons I really disdain where you're coming from is not that I disagree with you on your fairy tales and whatnot, but because I hate it when someone thinks a certain way and asks why somebody else can't just think the same way.



Prince fans are a very diverse group of people. It's only natural disagreements take place. For example, there are going to be folks who love and agree with your dreadful thread---but that's a good thing.


The opposing opinions to yours don't stop just cause you want them to. This isn't the Republican party circa 2004.

personally, i don't even believe in god at all, but i still like Prince's music. i just ignore the lyrics i don't agree with and concentrate on the song itself.

I've only read the title of this thread, but I'd imagine because it's EASY to judge him... not so easy to understand or walk in someone else's shoes, and he's an easy target because he's different. Everyone wants something from him, and when they don't get it, they judge... too much 'judging' in this world and not enough empathy or tolerance, or just 'letting it go'...
