Another child of 1978 here...was aware of songs like "Let's Go Crazy," "1999," and "Kiss," but you wanna know what was really odd? The song that really flipped my switch and made me a complete fanatic? Seriously...
...it was the MTV premiere of "My Name Is Prince." It was the kind of completely slammin' funk that I didn't really know he did, and I had to go digging for more. | |

Oh my God I remember that MTV premiere of "My Name Is Prince". I was too happy for words that night and I was sooooo ready for the  CD!I'm not a fan of "old Prince". I'm not a fan of "new Prince".
