I just think he was ill health overall not just pain pills. I think he kept people at bay because he knew they woudl flip out and even if it turns out it was just pain meds I suspect even that was for actual pain. Pain that was probaly not going to go away without those meds.

He might have kept Sheila away because he knew she knew him so well, she'd figure it out. |

He might have kept Sheila away because he knew she knew him so well, she'd figure it out. I thought it was interesting that she said she didn’t know what it was vs something like ‘I have a good idea what it was’. Still cryptic which makes me think there’s more to it than the conventional wisdom. Paisley Park is in your heart

There is more to it. I just think he had more then one health issues and started backing away from people so they would not get caught up in the whirlwind. Even Morris Day said if Prince were sick he would have never told anyone in a million years. You also have that tidbit that Mark (Big Mouth) Brown dropped about Apples telling him Prince was sick.
When people are on drugs people say drugs they do not say sick. |

Sounds to me Like she knew about them pills. 'Cause what could she have done If he was terminal ill, she's no doctor. |

She is not telling us she knew anything at all. So what are you babbling about? If anything she is still being cryptic when at this point there is no reason to be cryptic
We all know that he was using pain pills it is not a secret if that were the only thing he was hiding why is she and others still being cryptic.
Also it has been stated more then once that the cancer (or some illness) came along while the pill problem was going on which if you use your head you will realize that a joint problem came before the pill problem.
Sheila and no one was going to be able to help with a joint pain either or any other illness. |

You should Stop claiming that people said it was cancer, because NOBODY stated it clearly, they've all been cryptic. If they're talking about an illness it could also mean addiction, because, as Menes stated, it actually is an illness too. |

Most people who are not reading out of some textbook do not call addiction an illness. They call it using drugs or they will say exactly what drugs are such as
He is on that crack, He is on that lean, or he is a pot head or coked out.
I guess I have to keep it real with you. Sheila even discusses drugs in the music world and her uncle Coke and his drug problem in her book. Not once in that book does she call it an illness. She plainly states her Uncle Coke was addicted to cocaine and got the name "Coke" for that reason.
Never once does she say he had an illness. People just do not go around saying things like that.
Oh none of the associated have done anything but be cryptic despite the entire world knowing what he died from. Now if you do not think that is strange then I seriously question your thought process but it is a free world.
But do not tell me it is raining when the sun is out. I hear what I hear.

that is what i think too. Except she was cryptic. She said she thought he was keeping things from her and something had changed but then she said she didn’t know what it was. If it was s simple as him hiding painkillers from her why wouldn’t she just say that? Why say she didn’t know what it was? Paisley Park is in your heart

I can't answer that question since I am not Sheila. But making cancer out of some cryptic interviews from his associates without real evidence is just as crazy as being cryptic about a supposed addiction. |

I never said she said it was cancer. I am using cancer because that is the information I have. I never said that is what Sheila meant or was trying to say.
However, she is trying to say something other then drug addiction or she would not be cryptic in the first place. That is the whole fucking point.
What is it like to so afraid of being wrong that you go right to being delusional?
She is being cryptic when there is no reason to be cryptic. The question is why. Can you answer that question?
Do you really think she is being cryptic at this point about drug abuse? Just use your damm head.

On that note you should jump out because you cannot answer any questions that you are asked not even trying to use critical thinking to give an educated guess.

But making cancer out of some cryptic interviews from his associates without real evidence is just as crazy as being cryptic about a supposed addiction. It just stood out to me. Of course she would say it. Anyone would just discuss drug use as his problem if they believed that was the only problem. |
