What you get for your $77

Anyone like to make a list of what's actually on the site once you sign up?

Sounds like:
Tickets for this weeks shows (you have to extra pay for?)
Some videos?
The 3 albums for download in WAV or MP3
A T-Shirt? Is that true, or just the first 100 people or something?

Anything else?

what you actually get is

the three albums, which are very nice.

artwork and lyrics for the albums, well just lyrics, artwork is non existing imo

a bunch of "exclusive" pictures which are ALL from the 21 nights book

a bunch of video's, some of which are nice and new (like 2 leno outtakes) but
most of which are just the same old promo vids we've all seen or live stuff
from the brits, superbowl halftime, a clip from coachella and the entire vid
of the sacrifice of victor (with japanese subtitles).

all in all it's not very much right now. there will probably be more at a
later date but this far it's quite disappointing to be honest.

no "exclusive, might never be available again after the first week" stuff
that was hinted at.

no pictures of old album artwork outtake pictures etc

no real artwork for the new albums

the vids are all streams. would be nice to have at least mp3 files of the
vids for superbowl etc. but no.

no retail section (yet)

actually, if you've downloaded the albums, this entire new galaxy is very
close to the real outer space: dark and empty

So am I reading this right?

No hard copies of the album?
No crimson and clover?
No chance to gettickets unless you were lucky enough for the site to work in the first 5 mins?
No high res vids?
No downloadable vids?
No exclusive pics, just 21 night pics?
A tee shirt that you have to pay shipping on, and they won't ship to Europe?

And the kiss video all chopped up on a screen the size of a postage stamp?

For $84 so far I have received;

A T-shirt purchase which I shall get in 4-8 weeks!
Availability to listen / download the three albums which could be purchased for 1/6th of the pice (or free) next week. (I can't get the downloads to work but I can download them!).
Some pictures that I'm not too interested.
A nightmare of a website, that is clunky, slow and hard to work.

I do hope there is more to come, I am sure there is, this is Prince after all lol .....

that is correct

i didn't even want the damn tshirt. i think you could cancel the tshirt but
they made it so unclear that i just put in my size and ordered it anyway.

it said: "what size do you want? S-M-L-XL etc or just chose "NONE" but that
might mean they simply send you whatever size they have left, lol.

so i just picked medium. lord knows i will never wear it. i'm not gonna be
walking around in the summer with his gaudy artwork on my chest promoting
this (up until now) lackluster website.

I think the alternate songs on Prince's 2 albums are a big draw. These alternate albums might be the things that are "1-week-only". ??

Other than that, the only reason I joined was advance ticket sales if/when he comes to Detroit (and he ALWAYS comes to Detroit on a tour).

I'm sure there will be a music store section too, just not yet.

I think it's a beautiful site. Once you have picked up how to navigate around the site, it looks really cool - can't wait to get home from work and have a look round! Very snazzy!

If this is the 1st day, imagine what it will be like once the teething problems have been fixed....should be awesome!

I must admit to being disappointed Crimson and Clover is not on the download version of lotus flow3r. I love that song. I have already got it on mp3 but a wav version as part of my initial membership would have been nice.

So far, we've had less than one day, or about $0.21 worth. I'd say that I've had value for money so far. Ok so yes its very very slow and things are going wrong on the site but this is the 1st day, everyones going to be on it. Also $77 isnt bad for the whole Year! We got ages to see what happens and im sure it'l be worth it all wen ur at the front row of a Prince show

Im sure there gona sort out the problem coz there bound to have emails telling them. So sit back for a bit its gonna get better

By the way the lotus Flower setting makes a great background for ur phone if u take a photo of it on the screen lol!
