Help feeling very alone tonight..is it normal for a middle aged woman to be feeling sick to her stomach shes not racing of to london to see her idol.its making me feel how I did at 16 when none of my friends where in to prince but I kept the faith and went to many concerts on my own.now I have my teenage daughter to stop acting so sad and going on about prince .glad for everyone getting in tonight but sick im not there .

Trust me, you're not alone...if that helps!! biggrin For various reasons I haven't been able to make the last few shows. Its painful sure...having seen the great man before, I know he's going to bring it like he always does. I think it helps a bit having updates from our fellow fans on here who are on the ground, you can kind of take solace in their enjoyment. There will be more shows though so keep your fingers and toes crossed for then. You got far to travel to London?

Seems it is £70 people on twitter who are in are saying, Dont get me wrong i have no issue paying that for the manchester show, but call me selfish, i'd want more than an hour long show for that and hours queuing. I think the guys who went to SBE got an absolute bargain good on em.

You are not alone. By that I mean you are not alone in not being there. Try not to make yourself sick about it. cool

Yep you are not alone. There is a veritable army of loyal Prince fans whose lives simply to not allow us to spend all day queing with no guarantee. I'm just jealous of those who can!!!!

'I loved him then, I love him now and will love him eternally. He's with our son now.' Mayte 21st April 2016 = the saddest quote I have ever read! RIP Prince and thanks for everything.

Ha prince fans have always been loyal to him .but also to each other as ive seen many times over the years at concerts.sometimes theres been some heartache following him though.i split with a boyfriend when I was 19 my mum bought me a blenheim palace ticket as she knew it was the only way to console me, then hey ho it fell through was a worse feeling than splitting with the boyfriend ha ha

Twitter peeps still saying 3 shows as of a minute or two ago. Would it kill anyone to officially put prices and times.

Also seems like it's definitely £70.

Cost isn't a problem and I could go for show 3, or even show 2, but has anyone got official times?

RIP sad

2 shows, 3 shows, £10, £15, £70, but must be cash at the door. Seriously, how hard would it be to let people know what they are standing in line for?

Genuinely think £70 is still a great price for an intimate prince gig and will happily pay that, won't deny it will be a bit poor if Manchester don't get any £10 shows though.
Wonder whether that purple boat has now sailed?

I think we'll be paying full price, expenses will be more being on the road, but for £70 he needs to be ticketing it properly so people have a ticket and can make plans, so they do not have to queue up all day and take their chances.

If 2nd gig starts 10pm, they will have to start clearing out first lot of fans around 9ish to get 2nd lot in for start, so sounds a short set, anyone heard what time 1st gig started, no set lists have started appearing yet?

around 1000 in the queue im hearing outside, so maybe just 2 shows, cant see prince playing for a half empty venue a 3rd time, and i think they have a 12pm curfew?

Couldn't communications be a little clearer!?

I'm seriously tempted to pop on the train and come down for the 3rd gig, but will it definitely happen?

I hear what ur saying but advanced ticketing could just about finish me off. Can't really get to London at a moments notice but could try 4 a day off on Friday and spend it in Manchester waiting for the venue to be announced. If it's advanced tickets then it's down to luck with online sales, work commitments could ruin that for me.

Would rather take my chance on going early in the morning and joining a queue once an announcement is made.

Once again I find myself sitting at home when I should be in the presence of Prince! These shows sound awesome and I love reading the updates from everyone who is lucky enough to be there. Please please let there be at least one ticketed gig on this tour! Work, family and life in general don't allow me to stand in a queue for hours on end - if it did i would be there like a shot!!! Anyway moan over haha looking forward to reading the comments from tonight and patiently waiting my turn ..... confused
