SUPPORT THE ORG'S MUSICIANS!

This'll likely get moved, but...

Just a note to you who haven't already heard the New Funk Order project by the Org's musicians: By all means, check it out! We've got some very talented people among us! It's fun music, and it's absolutely FREE!

Check it out here: http://www.prince.org/dat.../OrgAd.htm

Well aren't you sweet... rose

Yes, this is true. Many great musicians here, and more are coming... Project 2 will be full of great new artists that have just submitted tracks. Some amazing music is coming your way next year, probably in March/April.

music

Yes, the music is free, by download of mp3s. If anyone would like a master copy, burned from wave files you can purchase one over here: http://www.cafeshops.com/newfunkorder T-shirts and stickers are available as well!

And it's not just about music... our very own yamomma designed the cd artwork!

peace

For some reason, I can't burn the files onto CD. None of my CD burning software seems to recognise the files as audio. Can anybody help?

confuse They should be mp3s. What does it say they are? Did you right- click and save each track? How big are the files?

hug You're our first customer! Basically, a friend of yamomma's has hooked us up with the website, message board, cafe press site, etc. I believe yamomma registered the domain name. We hope to generate enough income to repay them AND keep it all going for years to come! No one involved in the NFO will make any money from NFO merchandise. We do this because we love it and we believe in the freedom of music on all levels.

Yep, I right-clicked and Save Target As'd. They appear as .mpga files if that makes any difference but they won't burn onto CD or convert to .wav or .mp3 sigh

sad IstenSzek burned them onto cd, maybe we should ask him what he used. What software do you have?

I'm gonna download my track and try it right now with Nero.

Ok, I downloaded my track and I was able to drag it into the Nero burning window. Anyone have any ideas why it wont work for him? Maybe you can use winamp to convert them? Or musicmatch?

sigh

Very odd. I just removed Adaptec Easy CD Creator from my hard drive because I got a new cd drive. I was able to burn an NFO disc before though, and I'm pretty sure they are the same files.

Well, listen to a few tracks to get your mind off it, lol.

Check mine out... batting eyes or better yet, Manki's track, "Lust".

This is awesome, and I thank you for all your support in this organization. The NFO will always be here for artists and listeners to share their music and listen freely. We will continue to help preserve music as an artform, and I thank you for your kindness.

Wow.

Anyone remember this? http://www.nfo.3dup.net
I would update it, but as there is going to be a section on the NFO @ my new site there isn't really much need. It will include all the info from the old site + up to date news.

or did you mean "support" in the more general, moral sense?
