Mashed potatoes would make spam taste delicious...

I could eat mashed potatoes every day. It's my absolute favorite. Try "champ" mashed potatoes...instead of milk use heavy cream and cut up scallions. Then you make a volcano in the middle with melted butter I made them for Easter and they were sooo good!
