Who said it was okay? There is a big damn difference between finding something offensive and making it illegal. I refer both of you to the Bill of Rights. Unless you live somewhere other than the United States, in which case, find your own applicable source.

And, yes - it is women's "fault" (your word - not mine) that they choose professions that are typically safer, cleaner and more flexible (and thereby, less lucrative) than the unpleasant or dangerous professions often chosen by men. In fact, if you control for type of profession and time on the job (of which women often have less because they have taken time out of the workforce to bear and raise children), the wage gap virtually disappears.

But don't let facts get in your way. It'll take too much time away from your chemtrail analysis.

Uhm, them choosing "professions that are typically safer, cleaner and more flexible" (BTW, what are those) surely does not account for it sufficiently at all. You think women in general have the same chances in worklife has men do? No way.

The professions I am talking about are any of the female-dominated professions: office work, child care, education versus construction, factory work (much of which has gone away for men, incidentally), etc.

I am not arguing that sexism does not exist. But, yes - I do think that women (by and large) have the "same chances in worklife" as men. More women than men achieve college degrees, for example. But fewer of them get degrees in STEM fields or business - which matters to their future prospects.

This guy makes the point far better than I could. It's a good read.

And now, I am finished with the off-topic part of this thread. Which means I'm done with it, entirely.

your statement contradicts well known fact. don't try to make a point stick by being shrill and harpyish at me Genny, your heavy-handed pseudo analysis has no place here and you do not persuade or intimidate me one iota.

and wtf? exactly who has been analyzing chemtrails? not me, so what is this gratuitous insult you sling? what has that to do with this topic? did you feel that your words wouldn't carry enough impact and so you had to hit hard??? ridiculous

this guy clearly has a screw loose somewhere. or maybe his style-o-meter is just stuck in five-year-old mode

The edited clip from Paul’s vlogs, posted by We The Unicorns, opens with the YouTube star (quite ironically) saying “I just got to be careful not to disrespect the culture. Japan is all about the respect.” The video then dives into multiple scenes of the vlogger doing the exact opposite, including smashing Game Boys in a game store, scaring people with raw fish, throwing Pokeballs at policemen and cars, and running around the streets in a kimono and kasa.

I haven't seen the video but Japan has a serious issue with suicide and overworking that needs to seriously addressed.

public outcry worked. paul logan may not have much in the way of awareness or shame, but YouTube took care of that for him. he's gone for now. lesson learned? speak out! don't be so cynical that you think your voice is never heard and that positive change cannot come from public outcry and commentary. this is how change happens.

Paul was removed from Google Preferred, a premier ad service that offers brand advertisers access to top YouTube producers. The company also said he will not be featured on season 4 of the original YouTube series "Foursome," and said "his new Originals are on hold." Paul had been set to star in the YouTube movie, "The Thinning: New World Order," a sequel to the company's 2016 release with Paul. The movie had begun filming in November 2017.

has anyone ever been to Japan and visited Mr. Fuji?

Why yes XxAxX! I've been to Japan 3 times and have seen Mt. Fuji but did not climb it. My son did make the trek with some of his classmates to see the sun rise.

Since he speaks, reads, and writes 4 languages (Japanese included) there were no tour buses, english only restaurants...etc. Ok, to Americans 4 languages is Wow! To the rest of the world it's probably...only 4??????

It is an incredibly beautiful country with an incredibly interesting culture that I could spend pages rambling about.

I did not know about this forest but did know about the high incidence of suicide in the country (including jumping in front of bullet trains)

Logan Paul is an embarrassment....as if we Americans needed something else to lower our credibility

Style is the second cousin to class
