3 daily things that you love

What are the little things that make you smile?

1. When I watch Jimmy Felon, I love to see how Questlove looks in the camera. I got a weak spot for that man.

2. I love how my cat perfectioned the art of sitting between me and my keyboard and not disturb my typing.

He Leans against me, so I can give him kisses while he cuddles me and he makes sure not to touch the keyboard (and accidentilly lock it, as happened before) and leaves enough space for my arms, so I can continue typing.

3. My neighbors. The humans and the animals. I love to see and hear the kids play, and all the pecularities of every neighbor. Even the guys that I don't like crack me up inside. And I love how the geese scare strangers. They rule.

99% of my posts are ironic. Maybe this post sides with the other 1%.

DAILY?

hmmm

1. Food. I love food. Not in a glutenous sense...I just appreciate a good meal. At the end of the day, it's what we live for (nourishment).

2. Family. I love my family. I adore my kids. As much as they can be a burden and are causing my hair to fall out, I wouldn't be the same without them.

3. Music. I can't live without a daily dose of good music. Love my vinyl. Love finding new music (Chet Faker is my latest "discovery"). Love - LOVE - seeing live music! (CANNOT WAIT for Fleetwood Mac this weekend! party woot! dancing jig )

Those are my "daily" appreciations.

Thanks for the laughs, arguments and overall enjoyment for the last umpteen years. It's time for me to retire from Prince.org and engage in the real world...lol. Above all, I appreciated the talent Prince. You were one of a kind.

I'm a kept woman. wink lol

Seriously, my job was killing me. High blood pressure, heart palpitations, headaches... when I retired all that went away. It was in my best interest to quit and I thought I would like to work forever. I planned all me life to make sure I'd had the option to either work or retire when I wanted to. I'll do something in the future... work on computers 2 /3 days a week for 2 to 3 hours a day max. I'm studying for Linux certification... at present I'm a housewife of sort... lol

1. Being Me with My Family - Best ever, we are crazy and love to laugh, we make each other laugh, it is plain fun and we laugh until we cry.

2. Cooking Meals from scratch - Best ever, it is so good, and me and fam get to spend time together.

3. My hubby - I love him. He makes me feel good, and vice-a-versa. It is a good feeling, mental and physical.

Where do you live, free2bfreeda? Because it makes a hell of a lot of difference if the sun comes up at 6 all year-round (as it does in the tropics) or not at all in winter (as it does in the arctic.)
