Are you a morning or night person?

My brain just doesn't seem to switch on in the mornings, I can't get any work done... sad However at night, I'm just fine!

What about you?

I'd especially like to hear from the Org's creative community....

I am definitely a morning person. sun
It's 5:30 am now... biggrin

I get so much done in the morning. Even on the weekends, I'm up early. I'm at the stores when they open, and am back in the house before most people get out of bed.

I believe in doing what you have to do, and then resting later.

Nocturnal,in every way,always have been.
It has made life hard in some ways & at times I've kind of envied the early morning types but I don't think I would change it If I could coz I love the nights & the moon to much to let them go wink

100% morning person here. I have more energy in the morning and love to get things out of the way before the crowd rushes in at about 11am. I love to see as much sunlight as possible. I can hang out until 2 or 3am, go to bed and still wake up automatically at 7am no matter what. I think my body is programmed that way. lol

I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

Morning. I usually wake up between 5:00 and 6:00 AM, but I have trouble sleeping so I might stay up until 1:00 AM.

I'm both as well. I routinely go to sleep around 2-3 and routinely wake up around 6-6:30. I enjoy my solitary time in the morning and then evening.

I'm definitely most creative and inspired at night. Unfortunately, by night I'm also too exhausted to do anything productive with all that inspiration. sad

My metabolism is off the chart. lol I guess I'm naturally hyper, but not the get on your nerves type hyper. It's more an internal thing. Like BobGeorge, I love my solitude, and I'm a Cancerian, go figure. Must be my Venus in Gemini that makes me that way. wink I MUST have time to myself even when I'm in a relationship. Nothing turns me off more than a clingy muhfuggah. But getting back to your question, I can get by with six hours of sleep. I might nap occasionally, but for the most part I'm up doing whatever I please.

I'm a early morning person. 5am, that's me. there's just something pleasing to me that I find only in the early morning quietness. with my being an artist, the morning hours seem to energize my creativity.

Morning, not so much. Day, not so much. I'm more a night person, but not too late, I get very tired and weak if up too late. If I sleep really late, like about 4 or 5 am, I might get sick the next day.

When I was younger I was. I worked 12-9 in a sears collections office. Stayed up till 2-4...woke up around 6-8 sans alarm. When I worked 8-5 for WFS, I consistently went to sleep around 2ish and woke up for 6 am. Quad Mocha ventis got me through the day.

Me too, last 6 years I've developed premature waking & rarely stay asleep for more than a 4/5 hour block.
My body needs more than that & I'm only getting surface sleep.
It's torture bawl
