I want a pet but I don't want a dog or cat, don't need major vet bills and I'd have to get more than one don't like the idea of them being alone all day while I'm at work. Rabbits can be too ornery and temperamental. Rats don't live long enough but they're freaking adorable and loving. Hampsters are too small and jittery. I guess that leaves birds or guinea pigs.

Ferrets are fucking cool. VERY social and playful. They can be smelly but it helps if u can let them have their own space.

Yep have had rabbits 3 times in my life, no warm fuzzy memories unlike with other pets. Heck i even got my daughter's skiddish bird to make a game of winking back at me. Im sure there are exceptions but even the animal shelter warned that affection isn't their strong point. They were cute to look at though, not noisy.

I can't explain the strange feeling it is of being a prince fan since I was 13 years old..... Listen to him daily ..having him be a big part of my life. Having kids that listen to him in the womb ... A son that can take it or leave it and a daughter who is just as big a fan as me. Her and I want to our first Prince concert here in Brisbane a couple of years ago together (I had seen him the 2 times before when she was to young) and now she is London for a dance comp and I am doing everything I can to get her tickets to the Leeds show. She is so excited and I wish more than anything that I was there with her smile

I can only imagine how much fun that must be! My kids have no interest whatsoever in Prince music so my experience is much different than yours (likely regarding lots of things I imagine lol) I know how excited you must be trying to pull this off for her and I hope you make it happen!

So one kid likes the same stuff you do and the other could take it or leave it.....LOL You don't have to say it....but we all know you clearly have a favorite child! lol shhh

I'm getting sick of all those hospital tests and waiting for the lab results.

In the meantime I'm getting more and more purple spots on my fingers and nails.

Dermatolagist called today to make our scheduled appointment two weeks earlier.

He told me I should not worry to much. Easy to say for him, I know there is a good change it's cancer, but definitive results will have to wait, because the results still are weird.
Well, it can also be an auto-immune something or some other inpronounceable syndrome.

In the mean time, I don't dare to tell my friends and family that I'm afraid there is a good chance that I have cancer or an auto immune disease. Because I don't want to upset anybody.

And my best friend just spend the last 2 days in labor in the hospital. Finally, today they got the baby by Caesarean section.

Fortunately, my 7 year old neighbour boy, walks in. He comes after dinner to make a puzzle with me and read a story. And now we are discussing the dog that I'm babysitting and how much my cat does not like that.
