chow mein style ramen
cook ramen noodles aldente - drain - let cool (toss the sodium filled flavor packet)
then:
stir fry the cooled or cold cooked ramen - use olive oil
after stir frying ramen noodles -set aside
then:
finely dice broccoli stalks and carrots - stir fry this mixture
season mixture with light soy sauce and fresh crushed garlic.
(optional - 1/2 cup water - 1 tsp corn starch stir in soy sauce & crushed garlic - pour mixture over stir fried broc & carrots. the water - corn starch mixture creates a sauce)

combine all ingredients and you have a great side dish for less the $2 dollars.

thumbs up!

I've never in my life had Chow Mein.

Once in High School I remember seeing it being served for lunch in the cafeteria. It looked hideous. barf

Quick

Not much u can do to tick all those boxes....

I agree. It's a lot of brain space and mental energy that could be put to better use.
