Sounds to me like the engineer fucked up big time. He says the brakes failed, but some officials are labeling it 'human error'. | |

My first thought was that someone did that on "purpose". That is very sad that 4 people died and many were seriously injured. |

It appears he was "nodding off"...unfortunately he was driving a train and not a lawnmower. That's SO fucked up. He can get jail time for this ...yeah? At least he wasn't drunk or under the influence or nuckin. | |
