It's sad how people defended this clown as if he was some martyr. The cops ain't no better but let's call it like it is. The man pre-meditated this in his manifesto what he was gonna do and he still got caught despite some in the media wanting him to get away. No way was he gonna end it peacefully. There's a lot of corruptness in the police department but Dorner didn't have to remind me of that. I knew that from jump street. The attention whore got what he wanted.

yeahthat

hey my cousin was killed by drug dealers. so should i write a manifesto and go kill the bastards! Drug dealers kill..so I support people that murder drug dealers! This worlds gone flippin mad!!!

He COULD have been, and this is why I argue that the truth must have been allowed to come out.

Even if Dorner was guilty, the LAPD should have allowed its own system to judge him against the evidence in a trial.

The LAPD didn't allow for that. That scares and angers me. The police are wrong for that.

they are guilty of allowing a killer to blow own brains out and torch a cabin?

The LAPD is guilty of going on a rampage and making stuff up as they went along to hide that fact.

You forgetting they shot up people in trucks until they found Dorner?

Suspect shots a cop...

Suspect was a drug dealer...

you are a college student, who happens to live in that same neighborhood... you never sell/buy drugs... you obey the law.

You STILL get shot and killed by a cop, because some random drug dealer shot a cop and the cops treated you like you were THAT drug dealer. You don't look anything like that drug dealer.

You were killed because you were minding your own business while being in the same city.

You OK with that shit?

I'm not... cops are held to a higher standard to obey the laws they enforce, I love the police, but I hate any policeman that thinks he's a god with a gun.

I did at first.... but then the LAPD started acting like a street gang.

He may have wrote it... but why lead the police to you with a neat trail of breadcrumbs?

He supposedly hates the LAPD so much, why give them any rope at all to hang you with?

That manefesto is ALL they ever had, they had nothing else to tie him to the murders.

He gave the police everything they needed with that one piece of evidence to kill him.

If he really had all those other people to kill, why do something that would get him caught so quickly?

Why not let the detectives figure shit out?

It just stinks and I didn't like how the police shot up LA.

and what Dorner did was not that much different?

This is NOT about the justification of what Dorner did.

I am pissed that the police took it real personal and treated the citizens of LA like they were expendable because their peeps got shot.

You nor I are NOT Dorner, and we shouldn't be treated like we did what Dorner did if we live in the same city.

The police did that, they are wrong.

So someone in the LAPD wrote the manifesto so they could frame/murder Dorner and a few others?

The LAPD shot innocent people…they couldn't get visual confirmation or run the plates before they blasted that truck and shot a woman in the back or smashed into the other truck? They searched 100s of homes with no warrants. Although many of the residents claimed no one even came to their home. So which is it? Ultimately, they ended up making a vigilante assassin who alleges he was fired for exposing police corruption look saner than their department.

“As police swarmed around the cabin, news helicopters were ordered away, and SWAT teams moved in"…now wait a bit…cabin is on fire; crackling recorded audio of officers yelling to burn the house down....appears as though they ordered the news helicopters away so there wasn't video of police burning the house to the ground...yet the sheriff said it was an accident?? confuse

No matter what the crime committed there should always be a trial. At least he could’ve gotten life in prison or even the death penalty but instead they kill him and burn the place down? Is this what America is about now? This entire fiasco was suspicious from the jump. Look at the big picture and how the cops went about this and anyone can see they were scared to death of something leaking.

Now we have a third former cop testifying about the racism in the LAPD…

......And this from a female attorney, professor, and human rights activist…

I agree with her. NO, I do not condone what Dorner did—IF he did what they say! Neither do I condone the vigilante cops who burned him…whether he was dead or alive first we will never know. Cops are not supposed to be criminals. confused

clapping

I love you. You always word it so much better than I do. I know I am not crazy.

See, this is the thing. It is not above the police force to have killed that couple in Irvine and then frame this guy. It is NOT ABOVE THEM.

The head/chief of police in LA is allowing this mess... I am sure some policemen on the force didn't like the orders they had to carry out and some would have taken Dorner in.

This situation reminds me of the fiasco in the Charles Stuart case were everyone in a community was treated as a suspect. At least in that case the truth came out and people innocent were exonerated. It was a totally different set of circumstances, but the police went ballistic on a community then also. Many people lived in fear for weeks before the truth came out.

Dorner may have been guilty, but the way the LAPD handled this situation makes me think twice about Dorner's guilt.

Chris Dorner Petition Formed: Calls for Investigation into Cop Killer’s Death

christopher dorner (bare chest)*Chris Dorner may have been a hero to some and an evil maniac to others.

Regardless, his death has been called into question by those who supported the vigilante and former LAPD officer.

Some are wondering if Dorner was executed and the fire was just a cover up. Officers were careless when they shot at a truck with two women inside, because they say it that it looked like Dorner’s; days before they found him. This behavior has been labeled suspicious and a reflection of fear. So a petition has been formed, calling for an investigation into his death.

An excerpt from the petition reads:

The Los Angeles Police Department has, for far too long, served as judge, jury and executioner in too many situations. Rather than seeking justice and allowing the courts to determine guilt or innocence, this police department has often positioned itself as a well-organized street gang, terrorizing and even killing scores of innocent citizens. The latest civil rights violation by this department was during the apprehension of Christopher Dorner. We are not in agreement with the crimes Dorner allegedly committed before his death, but equally egregious was the decision by the LAPD to try to kill Dorner before he had any opportunity to stand trial. We believe that the premature, on-sight execution of Christopher Dorner was done in order to suppress evidence of police corruption that Dorner was determined to release to the public. While the LAPD consistently denies that it deliberately burned Dorner alive, there is sufficient audio evidence that suggests otherwise.

Check out the petition here.

I don't agree wwith the murders he commited. But I understand his stand on the LAPD being corrupt. I have been haraased every since I started driving as a teenager & still do.. But this is a start of the shadiness.

The racial profiling & corruption needs to stop in the LAPD...

Byron

I guy like this ends up killing because he's abso-fucking-lutely nuts lol...has nothing whatsoever to do with anything external. It's not because of corruption in the LAPD, it's not because of being fired from his job, it's not because he was "wronged"...it's not because of anything other than the mechanisms in his emotional and mental processes had broken down and his "inability to cope with the forces in the world that he perceives to be threatening". More than likely he was showing real signs of this while he was still employed by the police department, and manifested in ways that cost him his job. And of course being fired from his job simply validated to him that his delusions were indeed real.
