I am not trying to relive my teens, I am just trying to look my age. I'm not 60. lol I do totally disagree that all dyed hair looks dyed. It depends on the colour.

But this is what's natural for our age though! Most of my friends have a bit of grey or white here and there. It's not weird or bad. At least you don't have to worry about bald spots like us men.

I do think most dyed hair looks dyed. There's something about how it doesn't quite rhyme with the colours of the complexion and eyes, but also it's too perfectly in just one colour. Real hair usually shifts a little bit here and there, and it's hard to simulate that by adding streaks.

If the color is good, even an all-over color will have dimension because of variations in the way each strand takes the dye.

Anyone who gets her hair colored and ends up with a shoe-polish effect needs to fire her colorist.

Misspelling edit

I'd like to see in between.

And when you post the in between pic, feel free to wear something similar to what Miranda Kerr is wearing too.

i'm too lazy to even curl my hair each day, let alone color it and keep the color from showing... i'd say go natural. but, i see others have said the 'natural beauty is best' thing, so i won't add to that.

flip a coin. next time you're picking out a color just go with whatever look you like best at that moment. shrug if you really want a pick between blonde and brunette, i'd say switch to brunette, for a while. see if you like it. have fun!

Ummmm...coloring your hair is a lot less labor intensive than curling it. Haircolor takes an hour every 4 to 6 weeks, versus an hour every day.

That's basically a description of my hair. lol

I say embrace it. Going natural shows self-confidence. Mature women with dyed hair look a bit like they're trying desperately to relive their teens, in my opinion.

shrug

Teens dye their hair too. People don't just dye their hair because it turned white. I have been dying my hair for nearly 25 years now and and it is not white or gray. At the moment for the first time in years my hair is pretty much back to the natural colour (dark brown) because I did not dye it in a long time and I hate it and sure will dye it again soon. And if anybody thinks I am desperate to relive my teens if I dye my hair then I don't care because if I don't dye it then it looks like it did when I was a teen and if I dye it then it looks different to my teen years wink.

This color gets my vote because you need a darker blonde to play up your eye color.

The brunette is a bit too dark IMHO.

Brunette. Though, would it be a gradual change? Couldn't you go a little in-between and see how you like it?

I bought this colour in a demi and will have low lights done first then build from there.

The stylist even said my hair wasn't too badly damaged. lol

Both look good. The blonde pic does look washed out, but partly due to the light, I htink.

But I definitely vote for the in-between, more natural looking blonde, with the caveat that I have not seen it on you.
