Movember is a fundraiser for prostate cancer researech. Last year Canadian participants raised over 19 million dollars.

Over here, the beard and moustache are back in trend. Not the goatee though. It's the well groomed, short beard and moustache.

Like every trend, lookds great on some, other should not be wanting to follow the trend at all.

I read about shaving moustache for prostate cancer, one famous Dutch guy is doing it and raises attention for it. It's not a big thing here, though. 19 million is a very impressive result.

For a country of only 34 million people, I'd say that's extremely impressive. I don't think people realize that, although we are a huge country, we have a very small population.

Actually yes, that shocked me. Holland has 15 million inhabitants. However, the size of a poststamp. There is no nature overhere. No room. It's crowded.

I allways considered Canada to be the next best thing to living in Amsterdam. Because the people seem to be reasonable and down to earth, there isn't much criminality nor aggression and it seems to be generally a kind culture. And there is a vast nature. And on top of that, I like winters and winterlandscapes.

Maybe I can convince the London boy to both move to Canada.
