3) She's an ugly ho

4) She's a ho that will never again be a teacher in the state of Ohio

5) She's a classless ho

5) She's a desperate ho

So let me get this straight: are you implying she might be a ho? lol

I wonder why the guys are testifying against her. I know what the law says, and I understand a teacher should never abuse their position, but 16 year old boys want sex like ALL THE TIME. I find it wierd they would testify against her. We try 16 year olds as adults when they commit a crime--why do we treat them like children when they willingly engage in a sex crime? I don't by the entire '16 year olds can't consent'' crap either--I remember when I was 16 and I know exactly what I was chasing 70% of my free time. lol

Lastly, what a stupid friggen defense.

disbelief Sex addict would have been better. She could have gotten sent to some mental hospital, if any still exist, and in 18 months she would have been free and clear. Somewhat.

They blocked the faces of the dudes who testified against her but from the audio, they were not recalling their dealings with this heffa as anything enjoyable. A couple of the parents made statements and one mother was crying and going on about trust while one father mentioned something about his son not wanting to go to college or leave the house after having been abused by this teacher. Obviously there's more to this story and like I mentioned before, maybe some of the guys consented and didn't give a crap while others indeed were coerced into shagging the brawd.

We can't lump all teen boys into the same boat and presume they all want the same things at the same time. And remember, she chose an insanity plea instead of stating that the boys wanted it or that they forced themselves on her, which sounds plausible. She could have thrown them under the bus but she didn't so maybe....just maybe....she really is a criminal and the guys ( or at least one of them) really are victims. shrug

Shoot, if I had gotten caught with a teacher I would have been hollerin' about how I was a victim and couldn't sleep at night, etc if it would prevent me from getting an ass whoopin'.

But, I'll say 50% probably were traumatized by it considering her mugshot.

But, I don't think her claiming that they forced themselves on her would have worked as a defense though. I mean, she is the one who bought the drugs, right?

Either way, why are there so many cases of teachers doing this? Between American publica education and the Catholic church, it's a wonder anyone makes it to adulthood.

spit i almost choked!

To your last statement, its a damn shame and there's something wrong in our society that people need to use sex as a weapon, a tool for manipulation and control, a means to feed their own mental illness or twisted perversions and a means to feel empowered. I saw on the news this morning that the California State Auditor has discovered that many foster children have been given to sex offenders all because CPS and Social Services didn't cross check databases with dept of justice and any other agencies tracking sex criminals. Kids just don't stand a chance. No wonder there are so many angry kids out there who don't give a damn about themselves or anyone else.

Rant over. lol

Neither do I,

I do recall a documentary where Loius Theroux went to an American prison containing mostly (or only) sex offenders. Really, no therapy, punishment seemed to help to sufficiently reduce their sexual urges. This included stuff like physical castration.

There have been studies on sex offenders and what type of treatment they respond to and the results are always seem to be the same. They cannot be helped. For whatever reason, childhood trauma or early exposure to sex, early exposure to violence, their own sexual orientation or just some part of their brain prone to addiction etc., nearly all sex offenders are destined to repeat their crimes. It really boils down to how they are wired. These are just the one's who get caught. Imagine all the other perps out there who are crafty enough to evade the law and silence their victims or dispose of them all together.

The issue becomes even more complex when you examine male perps against female perps. Male and female sex offenders don't seem to operate the same way.

Its all so crazy.

They were 18 when it happened and itt did not actually say that she was their teacher....how is this sexual battery?

This is what I see as her defense. They may have been students but had they committed a crime then they would have been tried as adults. She basically is being accused of molesting a bunch of adult men at the same time. How the hell could one woman do that? Did she have weapons or an assistant? If they were middle school age or younger boys I can see all the squaking but basically these "boys" got to gang bang their teacher. Maybe I need to read it all more closely because I don't see how they could not escape or opt out of the gang banging.

Makes you wonder if there is a financial incentive going on here hmmm They could say that the school was negligent in some way. The whole angle about young men being psychologically damaged by this voluntary activity..... ohgoon ohgoon

My feelings about this aren't much different then my feelings about that man named Kimberly "violating" a German Shepherd by letting the dog hump him!!

There really should be degrees of sex crimes, especially when it comes to registering as a sex offender.

If she broke the law, fine, but I hardly think she should be labled for the rest of her life along with the pedophiles and rapists, but she will in the big database.

That is why everyone now has a "sex offender" on their block--for teachers having sex with 18 year old students and 19 year old men having sex with 17 year old girls.

That is just cruel, to accuse a 19 year old boy of being a sex offender for having sex with a minor that is only a couple of years younger than him. To do that to his life evil . IMO!

I think you have a point. nod idea I noticed on all of those To Catch A Predator episodes on Dateline that the potential molesters crossed all racial, socioeconomic, and religious lines. We think of molesters as being the dirty homeless pervert down the street, but they were busting Wall Street traders, ministers, and even local TV celebrities for trying to hook up with underaged girls. If being in a high profile profession and having their own wives and children can't stop these people, what will?

This shit happens here, alot. And of course I'm sure it happens all over but I'm from Ohio and in my tiny town alone I could've slept with 99% of my male teachers if I wanted to. rolleyes

But, imo, I really think the only reason this seems bad is because she was a teacher. If she were just any 33 year old people would roll their eyes and make comments but the law probably wouldn't be involved.. depending on the parents.

Jiminy Crickets... eek

Why oh why didn't my Physiology teacher back in undergrad have this attitude with me?

I remember him...mid-thirties, dark hair, cute face, slim build...and a french accent that warmed my heart. He was adorable. I remember we'd always love to be around each other...he'd always want to see me outside of class in his office, and we'd talk about anything that came to mind. He was so brilliant too...

And I remember one time...when I put a pen in my mouth while I was thinking...and he lost his train of thought. lol

sigh

He wasn't married, he had no kids...we coulda had somethin' special. Damn... neutral sad

So when does it stop being "cruel" against a 19 year old "boy" ( an adult male according to the law) and starts being "cruel" that he took advantage of a minor?

Does he need be 20 or 21, older even before you see it like that? Or does she need to be younger, like 15 or 16? Then EVERYTHING changes?

What if it's the other way around?

When my cousin was 15 she dated a man that she later married. He was 20. I would not have loved that idea and would have put a stop to it if I was my aunt. However, I would not have gone so far as to press charges unless the man was entering my property without my say so. The girl would be totally supervised after I told her little man to take a hike.

My daughter is nearly 10. I know her. She has been flirting with boys from the get go and surely when the hormones kick in she will think she is grown. My job as her mother is to keep her on a short leash, in after school programs, sports what have you so she is not mixing and mingling with the big boys. Girls involved in after school activities are far less likely to meet up with such young men.

I just think that some of these parents think the laws of America over rule the laws of humanity. Once you are a certain age, go through puberty etc you do start thinking of yourself as grown and it is the parents slack nature that is often to fault. My 15 year old cousin was attending parties that she should not have been near. Believe me she did not make the same mistake with her own daughter who was also a party girl like her mom. She kept that child on a short leash.

Keeping your child "on a leesh" that is too short can lead to counterproductive results.

My question tho' was why it was "cruel" for this 19 year old and when it would not be.
