A teacher accused of having sex with five high school students has claimed she has no memory of the events.

Stacy Schuler has pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity to holding drink and drug fuelled orgies at her home.

The 33-year-old is accused of having threesomes and indulging in sex with one student on her kitchen counter and in the shower.

Charlie Rittgers, Schuler's lawyer, said prosecutors wanted Schuler to be seen as someone with an 'insatiable appetite for sex, drugs and alcohol who wanted to be passed around'.

How does this stuff get out? Who does this and starts talking about it?

They were 18 when it happened and itt did not actually say that she was their teacher....how is this sexual battery?

Ohio state law defines it as such:

(7) The offender is a teacher, administrator, coach, or other person in authority employed by or serving in a school for which the state board of education prescribes minimum standards pursuant to division (D) of section 3301.07 of the Revised Code, the other person is enrolled in or attends that school, and the offender is not enrolled in and does not attend that school.

(8) The other person is a minor, the offender is a teacher, administrator, coach, or other person in authority employed by or serving in an institution of higher education, and the other person is enrolled in or attends that institution.

(9) The other person is a minor, and the offender is the other person’s athletic or other type of coach, is the other person’s instructor, is the leader of a scouting troop of which the other person is a member, or is a person with temporary or occasional disciplinary control over the other person.

There are a lot more cases, but I chose the ones that may apply.

Back in highschool I had the hots for my AP Physics teacher. One Halloween I dressed up as a

Just curious, but do you really think she had the right to engage in these acts with these kids? I know I'm waaay prudish for a Scorpio chick, but---why not seek sexual partners outside of the workplace and over the legal age as appropriated by the laws of one's land? Even though they weren't minors, I think it's #7 that causes the problem. The offender is a teacher....employed by or serving in a school;...the other person is enrolled in or attends that school. It seems implied that they were students at her school, but it's not entirely clear from the article. And A doesn't say "when all of the following apply", it says "any" so 8 & 9 need not apply.

I'm going to assume that it's the same school.

The rules regarding teachers and students probably has more to do with power & undue influence that a teacher can have with a student. Fuck for grades and all that.

If a grown adult meets a legal-age teen in a bar or whatever, regardless of their professions, it probably wouldn't raise eyebrows.

I get why it's illegal for a high school teacher to sleep with a student regardless of age, but I also don't think it's as big of a deal as others might make of it, depending on the circumstances and assuming no one is coerced or under 18.

Sorry but this is just a nother example of women not staying in their fuckin' lanes. Its bad enough we have men who can't control their dicks when in a position of trust and authority but now women seem to be trying to play catch up and do as much dirt, if not more, than the men. Did she think these boys would not rat her ass out? They probably compared notes and laughed about her behind her back. Others may have felt pressured or taken advantage of given the fact that she's getting them liquored up and high and making passes at them. Some may have been embarassed as she is a teacher and a female. It would be easy for her to say the boys jumped her and raped her. Wouldn't be the first time a woman told such a lie.

I somewhat disagree with THOSE^ parts. They were all immature, without question. But boys will be boys. And the moment those boys were convince among themselves that they had an opportunity to be given free alcohol, free , AND free vagina from a female gym teacher, they were going for it, plain and simple.

Those boys knew exactly what they were getting themselves into (no pun intended!). Their only mistake was failing to keep their individual personal businesses to themselves. This mistake made themselves look like complete trash.

And for the gym teacher, she was an complete idiot AND a dishonest ho for forgetting that boys would be boys and will potentially get involved in boys' lockerroom-type of discussions about her behind her back.
