I just got back from a 40 minute walk with my Mother around the block, I haven't stretched my legs like that in a while and I'm feeling good - feeling great! Summer's approaching fast so a daily walk will do me some good.

Also, today I got my bloodtest results back and from eating gluten/dairy free - my thyroid is back to normal! So as long as I keep on the diet, my disease won't flare up. Happy!

I haven't felt this good in a while, just in an overall sense. I'm so over being anxious. I'm so over being withdrawn. I'm so over being paranoid. I'm so over being a bitch. I'm going to work hard to be this genuinely happy, friendly person. I want people to feel happy from just being around me. It's a work in progress but I feel like I'm really getting there.
