New Orger

Hello, I am a new orger, and trying to get the gist of things around here. If there is anyone willing to tell me how to create my profile pic I would definitely appreciate it! Thanks

Go to "My Org" up top to the right, then to "Forums" on the left hand side.

Have a look around a bit. Get to know the folks here. Check out any of the threads in this forum with the word "photowhore" in it and you're likely to find all the pic and avatar experts. Welcome to the mad ridiculousness that is the org martini

I think there used to be a thread how to get an avatar etc. in the site discussion forum, but I cannot find it anymore.
