Water. biggrin

I still have to force water down. I'm better with Spring water, but it's not practical to buy it daily. I try to get in a good amount of pure water, but I also use Crystal Light for when I can't bear a lot of it. I try to avoid heavily sweetened drinks too. I admit I do miss drinking very sweet tea regularly, Hawaiian Punch-like drinks, and the occasional Mountain Dew. I used to have frequent UTIs so I stopped with the ton of sugar in tea & koolaid. I stopped with regular sodas too. Now, when I drink tea, I sweeten it with Splenda.....even though there are still disputes over Splenda. Stevia is too pricey to purchase on a regular basis. With the addition of cranberry pills now, I can't remember the last time I had a UTI.

I have DOZENS of these on my table right now! lol

lol I guess it depends on who it's attached to (or maybe who it isn't attached to). I would bet that it's calorie- and fat-free, though!

erm, healthy? what's that?

I really don't eat anything healthy, I might ocassionally have an apple or grapes but wouldn't call them a favourite.

I do wish I like more healthy foods/snacks but I just don't, I like fatty and sugary and E numbers.

I like having cereal with lots of milk.

Only healthy depending on which cereal you're having, most are chocka with sugar.

I like celery sticks/ryevita/bread stick(not unhealthy exactly, but the breads loaded w/carbs) with Houmus,Tzatziki or spiced Guacamole.

It's more likely that you are just sensitive to phytic acid - which unfermented soy (of any kind) is loaded with.

Tread lightly here. Beano is made from a food-grade mold. If you allergic or sensitive to mold, this may cause problems.

Uhhhh...there's very little fat in fruit. And they really don't need to add sugar to dried fruit since, once you suck the water out, that's pretty much all that's left.

Looking up the nutritional info, 1 oz of banana chips contains 147 calories and 9.5 grams of fat (8.2 grams of saturated). That's a large proportion of fat for so few calories. They're pretty fat dense.

But you need some fat in your diet. Better to get it from plant than animal sources usually.
