I won't watch it. lol

I havent' seen Salvo (or whatever the fuck it's called).

I havent' seen any of the SAW movies.

I haven't seen this one.

I will probably NEVER see the Passion of the Christ.

I just have a real low tolerance towards depictions of torture. And this movie just looks like one big death trip---gore porn. shrug

For those who cant watch the trailer here's the plot.

Two pretty but ditsy American girls are on a road trip through Europe. In Germany, they end up alone at night with a broken car in the woods. They search for help and find an isolated villa. The next day, they awaken to find themselves trapped in a terrifying makeshift basement hospital along with a Japanese man. An older German man identifies himself as a retired surgeon specialized in separating Siamese twins. However, his three "patients" are not about to be separated but joined together in a horrific operation. He plans to be the first person to connect people via their gastric systems. By doing so, he plans to bring to life his sick lifetime fantasy, the human centipede.sad

It's been four years since I last watched Salo - but I can't finish my breakfast now that I've read your post and been reminded of it.neutral

in other words he attaches the 2nd person's mouth to the 1st person butt hole and the 3rd to the 2nd. So the first one eats and then the 2nd one eats what is left and the 3rd eats what is left.

there is a sequal (i do not know how far along it is or if it will ever get made) with 12 or so people attached.

lol..you mean Passolini's Salo ?

passion of the Christ is a comedy snuff film..LOL...it's laughable...people who take that serious got a screw lose.

Saw is kinda like a perverted tv serie.Boring as hell.

I wanna see the ole Caligula soon.

Haven't seen that in 20 years.

I like malcolm Mcdowell alot.

I'll see the human centipede if it really becomes a worthy cultfilm.

why did you link to the P&R main page?

oh because theVoid took a political/religious turn and I followed? (I got ya, and I will not say more on that but then again it was a natural progression from the 'torture' issue.

They did it with the order and consent of their governments, with a secondary (but very earnest) intention of spreading Christendom. One could write the pope off as not being Christian in that case. These were not merely Mujahideen "freedom fighter" types.

lol

I wrote what I wrote in the context of the "descriptions of toture vs depictions of torture" statement Cinnie opened up.

I would gladly debate that these folks were indeed doing something very Christian, but that wasn't really what I was aiming at.

The book that I read about the spread of western power (it's religion being one of the facets, and used as a reason for many of the tortures for those who did not convert) was mentioned merely to show Cinnie that I couldn't stomach the descriptions of the torture.
