my favorite = monopoly not only because the monopoly guy is the shit and wears a monicle but because you can steal other people property and its legal!! and because you can send people to jail!!!

I played monopoly once, we started at 7pm and me and my dad were still playing at 1am, and we stopped only because we were too tired.

At least I can finish a game of scrabble

Monopoly takes too damn long and is too luck-based. Scrabble for me.

I love Words With Friends on the iphone. I play it against myself.

Monopoly when I was younger. Scrabble now! I love it, and Monopoly seems boring. One of my favorite childhood holdover games is actually Sorry! It's a good dice throwing game.

loved that game as a kid, now doen't even remember it lol

If I have to, I will play either of these games..... but I do get bored after playing for like, 10 minutes... then I tend to either cheat, annoy people or just wonder off and do something else so the game can continue without me.

When we were stationed in Germany, my husband and his friends would come over in the morning and play Risk UNTIL THE NEXT DAY! I hate that game...

As in you're awful at it or you're a Scrabble shark?

I hate when the play leaves the board lopsided, and you can't build over to the other side for anything...

I try to manage what everyone is doing. When one of the kids puts a two-letter word up, I refuse to accept it and make them come up with a better word. I have been known to go as far as grabbing their tiles and making a better word myself.

Here's the fast way to get through Monopoly:

1 - After everyone has bought all the properties, it's mandatory that people trade so that players can get the set of 3 or 2 in order to start buying houses/hotels.

That way the game gets faster.
