A couple of thoughts from someone who has children your age...since you asked,

You seem to have a sensitive spirit and a aptitude for creative expression. You've probably heard this before but you are young and full of potential. As you live and learn you will find your way, don't worry. Keep your focus, be open to wise counsel and rise above your challenges and you'll surprise youself in a few years...it's true! In the meantime, there's absolutely nothing wrong with honest, productive work however humble it may be. Keeping a positive attitude attracts good vibes...even at the Home Depot!

You're a beautiful young man inside and out...visualize who you wish to become and stick with it.

The movie "Clerks" came to mind when I saw this. I saw "Clerks" in the middle of moving out of my appartment because I was evicted. I laughed my ass off at that sad ass movie and it lifted my spirits.
