I like watching The Biggest Loser even though I'd never be a contestant because I'm too thin. Anyway, there's a guy on the show named Darius who first weighed in over 300lbs. He said he was always the life of the party, would dance with all his friends' girls but would go home alone. He'd never been kissed, never been on a date, never had a girlfriend, and although he never said it, never been laid. Well last night was the episode where all the contestants got to go home for a week to show family and friends how much weight they've lost. Darius got home and immediately hooked up with "a friend" (female). He had lost about 90lbs and was looking pretty sporty. Next thing you see is this friend with him going all around town HOLDING HANDS! Darius finally got some!!!

Combine the loss of weight AND virginity and this guy should win instantly.

I don't understand how so MANY of those fat 400 lb muhhfuckas have skinny cute wives. Remember, those big ass twins? Both had cute, skinny wives. But all the fat girls are mortally single??? WTF is that shit about???

But Darius really need to do something about that clown hair tho.

Yeah, but were they 400lbs when they hooked up with their wives/significant others? I think some started out at respectable weight but then went hog wild. Personally, I could never be sexually attracted to a fat man. My brother has had a big problem with his weight since his late twenties. He was always about 175 at 6" tall and then started eating like a fool and gained like 200lbs. He would diet, lose, gain it back. Did that about 4 times until he FINALLY got it under control. He's back down to about 185 now.

I like Darius and his hair is kinda cute. Yeah, but he could use a thinning and style. And who says big girls get no play? Washington, DC men loves them some big girls! I used to work with a girl who had the biggest titties and ass I have ever seen. I mean her ass was heart-shaped and HUGE! Girlfriend got married last year.

And I think he's a TOTAL cutey. I loved seeing him gain some confidence. I think the trip home was just what he needed to really help him realize how far he'd come.

I agree he needs a hair cut, but if you watch the show for a few seasons, I think they specifically ask the contestants not to do anything cause if they make it to a certain point they get the makeover show and it's much more dramatic if their hair's all overgrown and shaggy when they do it.

I noticed Sam and Koli were all shaved and had a cut, though. But I can see them saying screw it and getting it done.


btw - Sam and Koli are my faves on the show, always have been. Daris is a close third.

I'm more so talking about on the show. I'm a faithful Biggest Loser watcher and a lot of them big dudes got married while huge OR have been huge for 20 years and are still married to skinny women. And those twins had been big before they got married. The young women are the complete opposite and often site their desire to find love as the reason they want to lose weight.

Remember the father/son team from last year, I think the son was named Mike? The mother was super fit but her husband and 2 young sons were over 400 lbs. The husband had always been big. I'm just saying I don't see a lot of example where women got married while obese. And for that matter, I think a lot of men would and do leave a wife who gains 200-300 lbs after the marriage while a lot of women remain married to a man in the same condition.

But Sunshine's dad is a perfect example of what I mean. He was FOINE when he got married then gained all that weight but his wife stayed with him even tho she had to do everything for him. But they're older so that's a lil different IMO. I just don't see that many younger women on the show come in married (Shay was an exception) OR women who gained that much weight after marriage with skinny husbands who stay with them.

I just think out of everyone this season they have the right attitude. And they're the most likable of everyone. They bring it every week, work hard and are really nice guys. They're gonna win by working hard and playing fair. I find them both admirable.

Maybe it's all just an act for tv, but I think it's mostly genuine.
