I don't know about perfect, but regarding celebrities, in my opinion these are some examples of darn-near close to perfect faces with no history of plastic surgery:

I also think the nose is very important when it comes to facial beauty.
Since the nose is in the middle of the face, it is the most obvious feature. Therefore if the nose is not perfect, the person's face can look kinda ugly. | |
